5 Stars all around! I am so happy with Agoura Autosounds and the system I had installed. I had all the speakers replaced in the car. Jaime took me through the process from start to finish, from concepting the system to installation. I had my car sound treated before coming to Agoura Autosounds and Jaime and his team fixed areas that the previous company did not do correctly, and we added a few more areas for better coverage, including a thorough dampening on the headliner which is know to rattle in these cars. My car sounds solid and the speakers just keep sounding increasingly better as they break in. Any rattles that were there are gone now. This is truly an art form and Jaime and his team did their big one on my 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited. I had a custom subwoofer enclosure put in the trunk on one side and I still have plenty of trunk space. It was definitely an investment but worth every penny. Just bought a 2007 Honda Accord last night and obviously knew I'd have to figure out a way to integrate my iPhone 15 into the system somehow. My second time to have the pleasure of doing business with Jamie and his master installer/trouble shooter Chris. I recently got a new iPhone and couldn't get my in-car blue tooth to connect. Jamie got me in the morning after I called and Chris had my blue tooth working within minutes. He had to first identify the 16 year old system and pull up the owners manual on line as I had no paperwork on it. I went here with help needed in removing an aftermarket alarm system. I had both the auto dealer and other mechanics refuse the service because of the job. Jaime accepted it with no problem. While the upgrades Jaime did on my wife's Honda CR-V have worked out really well, and my wife love her new stereo, there was just something missing. A Subwoofer! So after waiting for it to be custom built by JL Audio, we took the car in yesterday so Jaime could and in a JL Stealth Box with a 10" thin line subwoofer and a 600 watt Alpine sub amp. Now we're talking! It added that powerful low end that had been missing. Now, my wife is in no way an audiophile or HiFi nut like I am, but she totally loves it! Jaime's work was flawless as always. Walked into Agoura Autosounds to ask about the stereo in my older Mercedes which had stopped working. When I explained the situation to Chris he asked to take a look at it because he had an idea. I thought I'd throw him off with my 1988 BMW 325i that had been broken into years ago. The wires were all over the place. Radio went kaput. All I needed was a head unit install. There were cars there that were getting 5-20k upgrades. And here he was helping me install my puny head unit. He looked at it for about a minute and said "no problem." This place is AWESOME! My car radio in my Ford C-Max wouldn't play any sound, whether that be Bluetooth or FM radio; my car was not working correctly. T'was a major burn as I just wanted to listen to some Yeat on blast. I went to different stereo shops around the area and they would show no interest to in fixing my car radio or would tell me to schedule an appointment in the near future. I felt like these other stereo shops wanted to gut me out of my money and didn't want to help a homie out. I'm ballin' on a budget and these shops told me to go the Ford dealership where I would have to pay a $250 diagnostic fee and more money later to fix the car. I was shocked and appalled as I refused to go to this big-wig company that would milk me for every cent. As I was making my calls to fix the radio, I saw this auto body shop on Apple Maps and was greeted with immediate help. They said to come in whenever and they would help me out. I get there and was greeted by a two employees and a pitbull who were super friendly and wanted to help me out. The pitbull barked at me when I walked in but he realized I was a friendly and he wanted to play fetch later. Overall, the pitbull was a 10 out of 10 good boy and just wants pats on the booty. They started working on the car and it took them no less than 5 minutes to fix it! They said they've seen this error before and they weren't going to charge me. At last I could blast the song " Breathe" and get to bumpin' some Yeat, FINALLY! However, I yearned to give these guys something for not only fixing my car but being Grade A human beings. One of my speakers in my car was shot and sounded like ass. I thought, now is the time get a new one. Since I'm 25 years old and don't have the necessary funds to make my car bussin' bussin', I only had a sliver of revenue I could spend. They helped me find a speaker that would be the best bang for my buck and helped me find a deal. As I waiting in the shop while they installed the new speaker, I would be sitting in a nice waiting room while hearing them bump some Dr.Dre and true west coast rap. I felt like a true OG in the hills of Agoura waiting for them to pimp ride with new speakers. As they finally finished working on my car, the installation and product came out to about $317. This place is known for high end products and In my opinion totally worth it. This place is awesome and if you need to make your car speakers sound like a pussy-mobile, this is the place. read more
