An AMP sales person stopped my house recently. I have a no soliciting sign clearly visible in red by my front door. I opened the front door and asked what he wanted. He started with his scripted speech...I stopped him and asked if he read my sign? He said he wasn't soliciting but doing a survey about security systems. Then proceeded to tell me he could upgrade my system and he would "basically pay me" to put their AMP sign up since their system was so cheap. They couldn't fix it over the phone and set up an apt to come out and fix the darn thing and was going to charge me $35.00 fee for the tech to come to my house and fix their equipment. I have been a customer of AMP for the last three years now. I have been very pleased with the quality of the alarm system and also the customer service. For an example my alarm panel started to go out for one reason or another and the technician came out the very next day and gave me a new one. It was fast an easy. I was in a 5 year contract with this Alarm security company, wanted a change because this company is the WORST by far to do business with. As my 5 year contract near end. I have contacted the customer service department continuously to discuss what is needed once my contract end, only was told that I must send them a termination letter in order to avoid renewal of another 1 year contract, the customer service person made it seem as if this termination letter must be sent to them before your contact end date, in which my contract end date is (May 26, 2020), they have received my termination letter and also my email of request to terminate my contract within 7 days before the end date. So I received a call from their Loyalty department to inform me that I had to send the termination letter 30 days before the contract end date, and that my contract automatically renewed on April 26, 2020 for another 1 year. Sadly I have already had installation done for a different alarm security company on the 16th of May, and AMP Smart was contacted by me on that same day, and again as I spoke to customer service, no one still told me my contract had already renewed, just told me to send the termination letter, inwhich I sent immediately on the 18th of May, people be aware this Company is a SCAM, and will set you up in anyway to force you to stay with their company ... The install went great too but don't remember his name; love the new system and that I can control it on my cell phone too. The contract was very clear to me and explained well; I'm glad to now have a security system. I've even had a few questions since we've had it and the support has been amazing. Bad customer service. I have been working with the same girl who is slow to respond. I have even had to wait over a week to hear back from her. Then I had to follow up with her in order to get an answer. The sales rep said they would come out to fix the equipment whenever it stopped working. However he failed to mention that would cost us money every time a tech has to be sent out. I have had things break/have to be replaced multiple times in just a year. I would NEVER recommend this company!!! For 1 thing they have somehow forged a BBB site on their representatives devices that says they have an A rating, that they showed me, looks COMPLETELY legit, being pulled up online, not being stored on their device. In 20 days since getting the service we have not even for a single day had a properly working outdoor camera! Not 1!! They have come out multiple times to service &/or replace it, no improvement & replacements worse then the original, No exaggeration!!! Every time I make a compliant it's doing this or not doing that, they have said & I quote "that's normal". I'm sorry but an outdoor camera that it's whole purpose is to video-record & monitor, that is NOT doing it's intended purpose is NOT normal. Oh! & their cancellation policy? is in 2 parts! Very tricky, they know people only will read (if at all) some of the contract-so they have a cancellation part that says you have to pay for the equipment (which makes sense, so no problem), the part that's buried is that it costs $1,850.00 regardless of WHEN you choose to cancel (after 3rd day-you call on the 4th BAM $1,850!). read more

AMP Smart is basically a big scam. The door to door salesman convinced us to give it a "trial". He was very pushy and also told us we can't talk about our offer in case they want to sell it to our neighbors at a different price. I find that very shady and I'm pretty sure we all got the same price. It's just another way to make you feel like you can't pass up the deal and need to do it immediately! Once we said we would give a trial within 30 minutes he had an installer headed to my house I explain to him it was 9 o'clock at night and we had to be up in the morning. Didn't matter to him, the installer came and was at her house until 1130 at night. We gave the alarm a try and decided we didn't feel any safer than we did with the system we have always had. Plus, we didn't feel comfortable going into a 60 month contract and paying $73 a month. The system we have been using has no contract and is 39 a month. We have the same features. So, we decided to cancel. The sales rep came the next day and we told him we wanted to cancel. He wasn't happy. He then told me I had to call the one 800 number to cancel. I called four times and could not get anyone to cancel me. Finally I get someone to cancel me and they informed me that a technician can't come out until a week and a half later. It's funny how the technician to could out in 30 minutes when I wanted the equipment installed. So now I'm stuck with no refund until they uninstall. The following day I get up and my garage open/close panel is going blinking and making a loud beeping noise. It was fine until they hooked the equipment up to it. They refused to send anyone out to look at it and asked me to troubleshoot over the phone. They wanted me to climb a ladder and look at the equipment. Sorry but, I am not an equipment expert and are they going to cover my medical bills if I fall or something were to happen? When I refuse to do the ladder they told me that unfortunately I would have to deal with the flashing light and sound until they could get out next week! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to get on the phone. Now, they told me that they would repair any holes left from their equipment. I don't feel too confident they're going to do that on Wednesday. I have consulted a lawyer and I have him on call if there are any issues. I will update my review then. Also- do your research. Half of theses "good" reviews are from employees! Facebook says "now workplace" but there are other ways. They are falsely making their reviews better! read more

Do not sign up with this company. We switched over with Amp back in December 2020 and we're still paying for our old security company . Took them three months to mail a check for the buyout to cancel our other security company (so we're paying two security companies for three months). Come to find out Amp still has to buy us out for vivant's service, which they're going to, but they will not reimburse us for the months we were paying for two services. I am having to call constantly and not getting anywhere and was even blamed by their supervisor why we're in this predicament of paying two security services. It was not our fault that it took three months to receive the first buyout check (paid vivant as soon as we got the check) and that we were unaware that Vivant would not quote us for equipment and service buyout from the beginning. This is our first time switching over security companies and with them buying out companies all the time they should of guided us a bit better instead of signing us up, collecting payment, then not hearing from anyone after they installed the equipment. After a month or so passing by and not receiving any payment for other company, I had to get ugly with them. NOT GOOD! I am so tired :( read more

Just had an amp sales person at the door. They said I was eligible for a upgrade from ADT. The person keep telling me I was going to still be with ADT after the upgraded. they just needed to send a a letter to ADT to let them know of this up grade. That sounded fishy so after the run around finally got the sales person to say that the letter would be a cancellation letter and there would be a new monitoring service. I had an old security system with ADT. Raymond stopped by and showed me how outdated my system was and how I could monitor my system from my cellphone. All the new equipment is wireless. I liked that I could actually contact the package delivery people and talk to them even if I was not at home via the skybell doorbell system and that the smoke alarm will automatically call the fire department when I am not home. Ray answered all of my questions and was there when the technician came to install the new equipment. I felt very comfortable with the whole process and satisfied with better technology. I am very happy with AMP and highly recommend their service and equipment. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I could not be more dissatisfied with AMPSmart. We have ripped ALL of their equipment out of our home because it is subpar, cheap and doesn't work. Our air conditioning bill actually went up (verified) by a noticeable amount because the units could not regulate the temperatures properly. We were always having to turn down the air and it never felt cool. We have had techs out to our home on four separate occasions over the course of a year and on the last visit I had heard enough. I ripped my SkyCam Doorbell, Video Camera and Thermostats off the wall and handed them back. The tech actually apologized to me because he couldn't get anything to connect properly. I have since replaced all of the equipment with Ring thermostats and video cameras and all the pain and frustration that I had with AMPSmart vanished. I called Guardian Security to fix my bill which they promptly did and they also verified that as a company, they have chosen to no longer associate themselves with AMPSmart. AVOID them!!! read more

From the get-go I was told IF I was sent on deployment I would be able to cancel my system without penalty; and the sales rep assured me I could. Easy right? Wrong. I got the security and about a year later was told I had to leave again. I gave notice, submitted necessary paperwork, called MANY times, and was sent in never ending useless circles. Here we are months later- They picked up their hardware and closed my account but continue to hold me responsible for the hardware/system they now have custody of. What company treats military or anyone like this?? My account was closed on military terms but still has no benefit or help of any kind. Calling to get ahold of someone is a nightmare in its own. All they have to do is pay GreenSky(the financing company) the cost of the hardware they now have back but they refuse. Worst security company I've dealt with ever. This company has been nothing but a mess since day 1, back in Dec. 2018. Now, here we are again in May/June. In Dec. we advised we would be moving, we wanted to wait to have a new system until then, we were promised that there would be no charge to move and it would be seamless. Well, I still don't have a functioning alarm. They tried to charge me over $200 to move the system. Now they were supposed to come out yesterday between 1-4. (I made this appointment a month ago. I called and confirmed my appointment last week and the week before.) I call at 4 (stay on hold for 30+ mins to speak to someone) and they say actually the time is 2-6. She advises she will notify the tech and let me know of any issues. No call back from anyone. Then I call back at 6 (this time I'm on hold for 52 mins) and they say he should have been there before 4. They leave me on hold for at least 10 mins trying to "track down the tech." He returns to tell me they don't know where he is and haven't been able to contact him or his supervisor since noon. (Well why didn't the first person I spoke to advise me of this? She advised she would reach out and let me know if there were any issues?) And since they didn't have contact they also could not reschedule. I ask to speak with a manger. He comes back on the line after another 10 mins and advises the tech will be here tonight within the hour (so before 8:30pm). At 8:30pm he shows up and is clearly having issues, doesn't know what he is doing and actually there are still directions laying around my house. At 9:30 he proclaims he is done. I ask him about the window sensors we had discussed and he said that the glass break will handle those. The glass break he installed at the top of the stairs, one total. I have a 2100 sq ft house with windows in the front and back 17 windows total and somehow one glass break at the top of the stairs should secure my home? I tell him that is completely unacceptable and that I needed him to either figure out how to make the hard wired sensors work or install new ones, but I need my windows armed. He called his boss and asked about rescheduling me and they advised they could be out in 3 weeks or he could stay last night. I said, stay if those were my only options. Then he says he will be here all night and he will just "override his boss" and come back at 9am today. Reluctantly I agree because what choice do I have? Here we are at 10:12am and I have no one here, I have holes in my walls that I was not advised of prior to him making them. I have wires running down my walls (again without approval) and I have trash from the sensor boxes, random wire, and debris all over my house. Customer service now and they are saying June 20th is the earliest they can come out. I cannot get out of my contract, I have no alarm and my home owner's insurance is calling threatening to increase my premium because I don't have proof of my alarm system. read more

If I could, I would give AMP Security 0 stars. First off, I can't believe how many complaints I've seen, I should've checked before I signed up with this company. So I've had this security company for 1 1/2 years now. Almost a year ago, we moved to a new home. They moved the equipment and installed it for us (for $199!!). I've been paying $55.99/month. So recently, we go on vacation, and we get a phone call and text that one of our upstairs alarms went off. Here we are freaking out that someone broke into our home. After talking to them, it was revealed they STILL had our OLD ADDRESS and dispatched the police to our old home!!! Not only that, they couldn't send anyone out to our current home because it wasn't on file. AND, the police was never sent (because I called over to the old house and the police was NEVER there). Are you freaking kidding me??? I was told that I had to contact the billing department to change my address...which was already closed that day. WTH?! Then, I've had several conversations with that department, and "supervisors" about this whole issue. They've emailed a DocuSign for me to sign...which had several mistakes on it (our address, name, phone number, password). They claimed they would give me a year of free service to compensate me. Have I received any other documents confirming this or anything else? NO. They keep claiming they will contact the person who was supposed to send the document to me and send it again, but here we are, still waiting. Its an email...shouldn't take but a few minutes. I told them that they have lost my trust, that you can't just update the information and give me free service and call it good. I would rather have my money back and out of this ridiculous contract, in which they said I would have to pay the cancellation fees to do that. Seriously? Even though it was their fault to begin with and they have been taking their sweet little time handling and resolving this situation? I'm over it. I told the supervisor today I wanted to speak to her boss, whom she says is on the phone and will contact me in 24-48 hours. Right. I'm done. BUYER BEWARE. Do yourself a favor and RUN if AMP Smart Security tries to sell you their services. In July, 2016, a rep of theirs came to our home and informed us that our alarm security provider at the time (ADT) was "no longer monitoring this area," and that AMP Security had been sent to replace our service with Guardian. We naively signed with them (although the rep conveniently didn't leave a copy of the agreement, and, when I later called about it, they said it had been emailed to me). I wish I had called ADT to verify their claim. It turns out that it was a complete fabrication on the part of the sales rep. ADT never stopped monitoring our area. AMP Smart lied to us. Please understand that AMP Smart is a third party managing your service. You are not dealing directly with your monitoring company. They sold us on Guardian, and then, two years later, switched monitoring services on us with no notification and no new yard signs or window stickers. I didn't even know they'd bait-and-switched us until I called Guardian to get the numbers I needed for our city's permit updates. Guardian informed me that they hadn't been monitoring our house for months and that they were no longer doing business with AMP Smart. (Can't say I blame them.) When I called to cancel due to all of the misleading practices, they said I would have to pay over $1,000.00 in early cancellation fees. So, we are stuck in contract with AMP Smart for 33 more months. After that, we'll switch back to an ethical and professional security company. I hope this review prevents someone from making the same mistake that we did. read more

We bought a security system a little over a year ago. We've had problems with the cameras not functioning since then. Now it's a daily occurrence with the cameras not working. One of the times the camera went out was around 9pm. We tried to call but they were closed and had no way to get ahold of anyone in the company other than to send a message on the website. So we did that. It took them 2 weeks to call back. Then told us it took that long because we sent a message online and didn't call. I tried explaining that we attempted to call but couldn't talk to anyone because they were closed. They continued to blame us for not calling. In addition our security system disarms itself in the middle of the night. We've had multiple days in the last week where we've spent 45+ minutes on the phone with amp trying to troubleshoot the problem in addition to a tech coming to the house to fix the problem. Nothing has worked. We felt we should not have to pay for a system that does not work. We've asked to cancel the contract as we felt we shouldn't have to pay $1000 to cancel a system that doesn't work. They're refusing to cancel it without the fee. I expressed my concern that the system is disarming itself at night. I asked what I'm supposed to do if someone was to come into our house at night while the system has disarmed itself and they told me that was a completely hypothetical situation and they would not be held responsible for that situation. I was literally in tears asking how to get out of the contract because we could not continue to spend 45+ minutes a day troubleshooting on the phone and they told us that's the only thing we can do. read more

Deceitful sales man. Originally bought house that had Guardian and then a year later got a letter stating our contract was sold to Monitronics. 2 months after that Guardian salesman, Grant Boyd, came to my door saying Guardian wanted our business backend by doing so they would up grade our system for free. All I needed to do to cancel the service we had with Monitronics was so wrote them a letter stating they would like to cancel our acct. in fact Grant wrote the letter himself on my computer with the address and information for Monitronics. Got a letter from Monitronics stating we r under contract with them till 2020 and can't cancel. Called Guardian to have them resolve and they said it wasn't them that sold me the contract but a third party call AMP Security. I had to cal them which they stated that in order to get out of their contract, I would have to pay $1250 or I would need to submit the buy out of the Monitronics contract which they may or may not pay out, since it would have to be approved by upper management. The AMP salesmen told me how outdated my system was and how much better theirs was. Unfortunately, I agreed to have them install their equipment. Their installer came out at 7:30 pm and rushed through the installation. Gave me a 60 second tutorial, said he had to go, 2 more installs to do that night. The system has never worked and will NOT work because our Wi-Fi network is not fast enough We were NEVER told, at the time of the sale, we would have to upgrade our Wi-Fi network!!! It worked fine with Reliant . I have made numerous attempts to cancel the service and get my $300.00 deposit back. This has been going on for over 6 weeks. They will not return calls as the promise and want to charge me a $1,000.00 Cancellation fee!!! DO NOT LET AMP OR GUARDIAN sell you ANY type of equipment or service!!! read more

I feel this company should be labeled as a scam. From day one the system didn't work properly. When the system finally stopped working altogether it took a week to get a hold of someone and then another week for someone to come out. The guy who came out was a really nice gentleman he was also the one who installed the system so I have no ill will against him but the company knew the main panel needed to be replaced and they did not authorize him to replace it. That same day after he left the system started acting up again I called and wait on hold for 20 minutes and then decided to press one to get a call back because I had to leave to get stuff done; the prompts didn't work properly. A while after that I got a call from someone monitoring the system saying that they noticed that the system wasn't working properly I'm like "yes it hasn't been working properly since the day you were supposed to fix it and before that." The first day they came out to fix it I couldn't do work so I missed getting paid that day and now again I had to schedule another day for them to come out. It was going to take a week for them to get someone out to fix the system again and then come that day the guy shows up two hours late; So in the timeframe they were supposed to be there:10 to 2 they came out at 4. Come to find out the guy was told about the job the night before. I had already been on the phone with customer service an hour after he was supposed to be there and told them I want to cancel my service and they said that they would have to have customer loyalty call me back. When I made the appointment for them to come out a second time to fix the system I told him if it wasn't fixed I was gonna cancel the service; so they knew what was going on. An hour after that phone call when the guy showed up I had him go ahead and remove the system. A week later no one called me back so I finally called them back and they're like basically there was no reason for them to call me back because The service has been canceled. I said this is not over, I expect a refund for the month the system didn't work and I was told they wouldn't give me a refund since they didn't charge me a cancellation fee. At this time I asked to speak with a supervisor but there wasn't one there and I proceed to tell them, "this is nothing but a scam you gave me a system that did not work from the first day I had to waste two days not being able to get stuff done waiting for someone to come over to fix the system which should've been fixed properly the first time." I was told I got a good deal on the system so I should be happy and I asked the lady, "are you happy when you get a cheap car and it breaks the next day even though you got a good deal on it?" By the end of the conversation I was threatening to call the Better Business Bureau, the media, and anyone else who would listen. The call ended with me hanging up and 30 minutes later me getting a call back saying they would refund that month. I call to disconnect my service due to selling of our condo in which I have had service for 3.5 years (my contract was for 36 months) and the customer service rep tells me that my contract "auto-renewed" for another year and we would have to pay $285. She said "you signed the contract and that I cant cancel your service until that cancellation fee is paid"! I asked her why I was never notified by mail, email, or phone call and she said "we don't have to notify you for a contract renewals. WTF kind of way is this to do business?! In early February 2013 a sales man for this company knocked on my door offering their security system. At the time we already had an alarm installed so I told him to come back because I needed to discuss this with my husband. Well he came back and that is when the headaches and frustration began. My husband agreed to let him install their security system which he told us would be at no cost to us. Then after calling his headquarters we found out it would be $99. This is when I stepped in and told him to forget it we didn't want the service. He told my husband and I he would reimbursed us so we continued with the contract. He told us the money would be debited from our account and he would give us our money back within 2 days. Needless to say he didn't. I had to call him several times. I called for him for a week and left him message after message. The only way I got him to call back was by telling him about another person who was interested in getting a security alarm installed in their new home. I met him at the persons house and got my money!!! My Mom is also a customer. She got the alarm installed and a one of the door sensors fell off. She called and told them about it and they said it would be a $35 charge for them to come and fix it. The piece fell off in the first place because it wasn't installed properly. Well anyway she made the appointment and they never showed or called. My husand ended up fixing it for her. Then they debited her account twice and overdrew her account it has almost been a month and they still haven't reimbursed her the money! We have called and spoken to 4 different people all who have had different stories with one thing in common "the check is in the mail". Well I just called back today because we still haven't received the check and I was told that the check wasn't actually mailed out and it's "still in review by upper management". Don't even open the door to them! They almost got me. Thankfully I listened to my gut and read the fine print as soon as the salesman left my home. I used the FTC law that gives me the right to cancel within 3 days and voided my contract ASAP. The salesman initially promised me a free security system for just placing one of their monitoring signs in my yard. He handed me a card to look at and at this point I still had the door cracked and realized he wasn't taking the card back. He did so to keep me talking. He asked to see my back entrance. I took him around still holding my card. He gets to talking, and says that usually he charges a $99 install fee but he will waive that (LIE). He goes on and on talking about what a good deal it is and make a point of telling me the weekly fee rather than the total monthly amount. He tells me he sets up same day installs and I tell him it's late and I'm tired and I don't feel like being bothered. It was dinner time and I was busy helping the my kids with their homework. At this point, I have signed nothing. He tells me that it's no big deal a technician will just "pop" a monitor on my wall and some door sensors and he would be on his way. He asks me if it's okay for him to introduce the technician to me when he arrives. I tell him okay. At this point, I haven't let the guy in my house. I should have followed my gut and told him to leave. He comes back with his technician and instead of a quick intro he wanted to put me on the phone to solidify a contract. This is the first mention of the word contract. What happened to he was just coming in to introduce the technician? Before that is even officially done or even started, the tech is putting a hole in my wall! What happened to just "popping" it up there. I'm sure they do it in this order to make you feel pressure to continue with the transaction. The salesman makes a point of telling me he'd give me a few days to try it out and see how I like it. He said he'd stop back by Monday (4 days later) to see how things worked out and if I didn't like it, no biggie. They'll just take it down and give it to a neighbor. Well, as I said as soon as he left, I read the fine print and it clearly stated that I only had 3 business days to renege on the contract and keep in mind Saturday is counted as a business day in their company and this transaction happened LATE Wednesday evening. So if I would have listened to him I would have been locked in. Also, he lied about my neighbors taking him up on the offer. It meant nothing to me one way or the other. But when I pressed him on it. He made up some excuse about them having an older system of theirs already and he wasn't able to help them (LIE). To finally wrap this up. The guys shady behavior led me to read the fine print and set the ball in motion to legally cancel things. I had such and uneasy feeling that I was on the phone to AMP within an hour of this guy leaving my house. I had a certified letter in the mail first thing the next morning. The cost was terribly inflated and the promise of a free monitoring system was too good to be true. On top of all of this I was billed twice in a row the same day for installation and the the first months monitoring fee. As soon as I noticed this I called in and the woman on the phone said that they had a billing error and charged everyone twice this month. I have already gotten a pending refund for one charge. The customer service lady stated that since I canceled I should have the rest of it by the end of the week. Long story short. STAY AWAY FROM AMP!!! ***UPDATE*** A couple of days ago I received a letter in the mail saying that Guardian would not be able to monitor my alarm and that it was contracted out to some no-name monitoring service. I have seen other complaints about this happening. One of the selling points was that you would receive Guardian monitoring service. I am SOOOO glad I cancelled my contract. The technician came in a few days ago and removed everything. I've been told my refund check should come in the mail within 3-5 days. Thank Goodness the only thing I'm having to deal with is an ugly hole in my wall. It could have been a lot worse. Moral of the story: STAY AWAY FROM AMP and even better don't sign contracts on the spot with anyone selling anything door to door. Take it look things over and get back with them. Making you think that you are going to lose out on a deal if you don't "act now" is the oldest trick in the book. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their service sucks and they stick you with a contract that is impossible to get out of. The original salesperson, Levi Yeager, lied his ass off when we did out consult meeting. NOTHING is free with this installation and it's nearly impossible to cancel and get out of the contract. I also wouldn't recommend talking with Jennifer Hatch from customer service. She is not the brightest bulb in the box and her customer service, which was hanging up on me, sucks!! This is a door to door company, so my recommendation is avoid them at all cost!! Use ADP or any other company that doesn't screw you with a contact and all of their bullshit!!!!!!!! read more

The company is a scam and it should be reported on every TV, radio, and newspaper in the country! Two young men suckered my 84 year old mother into installing their security system even though she told them they needed to talk with her daughter! They showed up on her door at 4PM on Saturday and within an hour, had toured her home and installed the equipment. When my sister and I found out what happened, it took a week to get someone to cancel everything. We got the runaround from every person we spoke with on the phone or we were left on hold. One person told my sister they look for homes with "no solicitor" signs because that means an elderly person lives there and mostly likely, they are female and an easy sell. It makes me sick knowing there are people with no ethics operating companies that are supposed to make you feel safer in your home. Actually, people with no ethics make me sick!! read more

1. Their sales rep, Chris Wright, saw that I had Monotronics as my security company so he lied and said he was from Monotronics and that he was there to "upgrade" my security. 2. After the whole sales pitch, which all sounded good, he pulls out a contract that says "Amp Security" After confessing that he was not from Monotronics we still decided to switch 3. Amp said that we should call Monotronics to cancel our plan with them. Then once we got the settlement amount ($1,170) from them that he would send someone over to get it and they would pay it. The contract doe snot state this but Chris assured us that the language had not been updated yet and that they would do it. 4. We got the letter from Monotronics and I could no longer (to this day) get Chris to answer a call, so I called Amp and the customer service person said that I should fax over the settlement and they would pay it. 5. A week after faxing the settlement I get a message from Amp stating that they have received the fax and they were going to pay the settlement. 6. weeks later I get a call from Monotronics stating that I am past due on my bill. They never received a payment from Amp Security. 7. I call AMP Security and they said that they have decided NOT to pay the settlement amount and that 2 days prior they canceled my security account without my knowledge. 8. My wife talked to a manager named "Tyler" was was very rude and obnoxious about the whole thing. Be forewarned, this company will lie to get in your door, make promises they never plan on keeping, and will give your rotten customer service. Scammers; came to my house, told me everything would be totally free since they were testing out my area and wanted advertising. After four hours of aggressive and pushy sales pitch and having hardware installed I was totally worn down, and then I find out that I'm paying $55 per month for FIVE years. I can only cancel if I pay $1,250 up front which I can't afford. I still have another 4 years to go and I'm struggling to pay the monthly fee but they could care less. FALSE sale's pitch, Aggressive salespeople. I felt totally worn down and pressured into this service!!! read more
