We rented 3 e-bikes for 2 hours on a week day at Garden of the Gods. (not a tour, just rented the bikes) They are pretty efficient and thorough, although it feels like you are renting a house with all the waivers and detailed info they want and signing your life away. Everyone is very friendly. We dealt with Keith and Will. Bikes are fine. Good condition. The G of the G is a lovely place. What we didn't appreciate was the push for tipping the guy who explained the rules and got us set up - not a tour guide, mind you. We are spending nearly $250 for 3 people for just 2 hours (of us biking on our own) and you want us to tip the guy who does our required safety and information orientation? Come on. The other thing that really bugged me is that right in their own rental waiver it says they RECOMMEND helmets. Not REQUIRE. I read it several times bc we hate helmets especially when it is very hot out. It was something I made sure of when booking. But we get there and he tells us it's required for insurance? That is NOT what your waiver says! Read your own waiver, please!! Not cool. read more

We took the E bike tour around the park with Dylan and Burley. They were very knowledgeable, funny, and made for an amazing trip. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning more about the Park and getting unique vantage points. My boyfriend and I were looking for a fun way to experience the Garden of the Gods and wow did we pick the right tour! We decided to go on the Garden-n-Glen combo tour on e-bikes and had so much fun during our 2.5 hour/9 mile adventure with Burly. We not only got some amazing views all around Garden of the Gods, but also got to take time off the bikes to explore on foot. Burly was great at explaining how to use the bikes and making sure we were safe every leg of the journey. He had so many amazing facts and tidbits of history to share with us, and knew exactly where to take amazing photos that captured us against the landscape. We had no idea that Glen Eyrie Castle was tucked away next to Garden of the Gods, so we were very excited for that part of the tour. Overall I would highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to add a little adventure to their time at Garden of the Gods it's well worth the price! read more

We took the garden and glen tour with the electronic bikes. It was fabulous and they even had a passenger bike for my 5 year old to ride along. All of the satisfaction of a long bike ride, but none of the exertion! What a fabulous way to see the Garden and castle and a great afternoon. read more

We purchased the ebike garden of the gods/castle tour. It was a blast!!! The combination of the bike riding and site seeing was perfect. Ample time was given for us to get off the bikes and explore. My two kiddos rode on the back of the passenger bikes. Super comfortable. My parents who are in their late 60s also came and it was a breeze for them. Our guide Sean was super!! Segway and Jeep tours seem nice... but if you want to have the time of your life spring for the E-Bike tour and ask for "Burley". I'm sure the other guides are wonderful, but Burley is truly a gift in the "Garden of the Gods". He was an amazing person and tour guide and I was ready to go again at the end of our tour!! This was hands down one of the best days of our trip! Sean was our guide and he was amazing. Lots of stops with lots of times for photos. Sean shares tons of history and always gives you incredible places to view the park. The E-bikes were a blast and we never felt out of breath or tired. Our sons and I had a solid three hour e-bike tour with Burley. It was just us. Burley made it fun for our mountain bike loving 15-year-old. We are on a road trip from Atlanta to Denver and our younger son needed some bike time. The tour was very informative with plenty of picture taking. read more

A truly amazing experience. We went on a day with unpredictable weather and the guides were flexible enough to let us wait for some hail and rain to pass. They provided some spare gloves and then we set out! It was nice to go on a day with mediocre weather because there weren't too many cars. My husband mountain bikes but the rest of us were novices, the lead guide was able to go ahead with my husband so he could let some speed out. My Dad was able to keep up in second place easily. They have a second guide in the back to help with cars and keep an eye on your bikes & belongings while you explore some areas on foot. The guides are great at helping with photo ops. You'll learn about some myths and facts too. read more

Charlie, thanks for great afternoon. We are novice riders. Charlie took the time to adjust everyone's seats and then to get everyone a quick test run. We were a group 2 novices who joined a group of 6 beginners. Charlie was patient with all the newbies. One took a minor spill on loose gravel going up the trail after it began to rain. He was right there with first aid and a bandage. If walking / hiking up grades is not your thing. These bikes do a great job of getting to places. Will definitely do this again. read more

Save your $75 per bike!!!! So we rented bikes here and it took forever and there was NO direction to go inside to actually rent. When they finally took care of us we got on our way. We knew it was going to rain and tried to hurry to get in a ride but after waiting for for at least 20 minutes it of course started raining. We were on our way and then had to find shelter from lightning and thunder and hail. Then we start to go on our way and one of our bikes batteries is dead. BEWARE! You don't want to be stuck on these hills with the cars going by and it being wet. It was dangerous. We called and said the bike wasn't working. They said they would send a truck and at this point we are done! We are sopping wet and frustrated. He comes in a little car that can't even hold a bike after waiting 20 minutes! So we had to ride on and we did thinking we would be compensated for paying. $70 for a tops half hour trip. A complete waste of money! I asked the guy at the desk if the batteries typically run put and he said no unless it gets wet. Well duuude how about you all check the weather and don't let people get stuck in the rain if the bike won't work!!!! Gus was rude when we were checking in and made us wait. read more

The bike tour was awesome. The park was packed for the Memorial Day weekend, but our guide Dan made navigating all the cars on the rode a breeze. We hit all to spots and hung out long enough to take pictures and here about the formations. The ride to Glen Eyrie was great and getting to tour the grounds was awesome. We saw red tailed hawks soaring in the sky at one of the stops. Dan also recommended Cerberus Brewery for great beer and food, he did not steer us wrong. Highly recommend the tour. read more
