I come here to fill up my "cheap to maintain, old man" car. It's also the first right off the freeway coming into Marysville. I typically go for the same pump, but at least once a month there's something wrong with it. Sometimes it's already out of order when I turn in. Sometimes I find it out of order and that's really not fun. This place gives me more stress but I signed up for the rewards and will continue to use for it's convenience. read more

We stopped in for gasoline and a snack. The employee was friendly and complimented my companion on his fun hat. He helped us get int the restroom by using his key so we didn't need touch a communal object. During a pandemic it's little things like this that count. I'm glad we stopped here. read more

I stopped here today on the way up north to Bellingham. This Arco station is right across the street from another Arco station! This review deals with the one that is closer to I-5. I had to use the restroom real bad! The tall young guy "JT", was very friendly and understanding from the get-go, and knew that I had to go. Therefore he let me have the bathroom key right away without delay. The bathroom has two locks on it. But only the lower silver colored lock (which is also the doorhandle) can be opened with the key (I do not know what the upper gold colored lock is used for, but it was not used for locking the bathroom at the time I stopped in). Anyway, I could not get the key to work on either lock. So I went back inside the station and told JT that I could not get the key to work. Whereas another clerk would most likely have been "too busy", JT immediately came out with me and opened the door for me, thus saving me from peeing in my pants! He immediately stated words to the effect that he "had been there" (re: about to P in his pants). He was also quite friendly to talk to as I engaged in a short conversation with him while he was cleaning the bathroom right afterwards (I did not mention anything about the bathroom needing cleaning, nor did I notice or pay attention, nor did I care!). I felt so grateful, that I bought some merchandise from the station to show my gratitude. Alexa was also on duty at the time and was also friendly and helpful. Kudos to both of these employees, especially JT. UPDATE: later the same day, May 7, 2017 On my return trip from Bellingham, I met another clerk, Steve, who was also very friendly, outgoing and helpful. I asked him about that nearby beautiful log cabin place, which is now unoccupied. He told me that the restaurant across the street (closed due to fire) will be moving into the log cabin place soon. He also mentioned that he used to work there, and that it was a great place to eat. I stopped in primarily to take some photos for this review. JT was off for the day, though Alexa was still there. While I was there, I took my photos, bought some more grub, and used the restroom again (this time it was not an emergency). I'm not sure what was going on, but the girl in front of me was refused service to fill up with gas because she was "rude" and only had $2. I asked the woman at the register if I could add five dollars on my card to their pump. The woman said no. So I followed the girl out to the pump to use my card there. The attendant had shut it off. So I told them to pull forward and use the next one, and started to input my card. By the time there was a little less than half a gallon in their tank, the attendant had shut that pump off also. I don't know what had happened prior to when I entered the store. However, it's my choice to spend money to bless somebody else by adding to their tank, not the attendant's. read more

Stopped here for gas on the way to Whistler. The restroom is outside and requires a key. It wasn't very clean, but I've also seen much worse from gas station bathrooms. The soap smells strong and industrial. Make sure to wash it off thoroughly. The customer service here was good. The woman inside was friendly and helpful. Imagine that. read more

I avoid this place. Unless I absolutely need gas and am out of options (I even prefer to pay more at a different gas station) or time. I get a very strange vibe from this place as if something shady is always going on. Almost every time I have been here, the pay machines outside never work causing you to have to go inside. This is no exaggeration, almost every time which is the main reason I avoid this place. Other than that there seem to always be some local wackos hanging out and the place is kind of a pain to get in and out of unless you have time or the desire to go around the block. If you're northbound on I-5 and need to stop for gas in Marysville, this is the fastest place to do it. Right next to the interstate on the east side, it's easy to get off the highway, get gas, & get back on the road. read more

I got turned down here by a nasty gross clerk because I wanted to fill up my empty van gas tank which eats $65 because I was trying to pay with $100 bill. The gas station was full with 3 customers ahead of me paying with cash. She had no reason to deny me service. Im apalled and will not go to either Arco in Marysville again. Un - American read more

Bathroom is filthy!!! Dirty floors, dirty sink, outdated hand dyer and an awful smell. Took 3 times to flush the toilet. It's for men or women and the man before me left the toilet seat up and it looked like someone had diarrhea. read more
