Would be no stars if I could…read more I purchased a Labubu collectible from this business believing it was a genuine product. The exterior packaging appeared legitimate and included branding and a QR code directing customers to the official Pop Mart website. There was no indication before purchase that the item was anything other than authentic merchandise. It was only after opening the sealed box that it became apparent the interior packaging and the figure itself were not consistent with authentic products. Because the item was packaged as a blind box collectible, there was no reasonable way to inspect the contents before purchase. When I contacted the store to request a refund, the employee I spoke with stated that the item was fake but told me that management would not provide a refund. I was also not provided a receipt at the time of purchase. I am disappointed that a product presented as a genuine collectible could only be identified as counterfeit after opening the packaging, and even more disappointed that a refund was refused after I raised these concerns. Buyers should carefully inspect any collectible purchases and be sure to obtain a receipt.

If you haven't heard 7-Eleven just made stop at the corner of Deer Springs and Aliante and let me…read moresay if you didn't just made stop and particularly during the Grand Opening event you missed out- BIG TIME!!!! A lot of activities and contests happened and there were big winners winning 10 free Slurpees, Big Bites, and car washes. But there were even grander prizes like a flat screen tv, BBQ grills, and 7-11 gift cards. With that said, clearly 7-Eleven wants you to know that your friendly good neighbor is town! With ample parking around and gas pumps convenience is evident. Slurpee machines a flowin, clean restrooms, Big Bites and pizza galore! All the conveniences of a convenient store. There's also a car wash too.

Afternoon crew is RUDE though. I came in after work today (around 3:30) and both the cashiers were unprofessional. The guy was just sitting at the register so I smiled and said "hello" and brought my 2 items. He looks at me with a blank stare and asks "are you with them?" Gesturing to this woman with a bunch of children running around the entire place. They were grabbing stuff, not even ready to check out yet. I said no and backed up, I was annoyed but it wasn't a super big deal. Like 3 minutes go by and nothings happening. I checked my phone for no more than 30 seconds and now some girl behind the counter is like "HELLOOO?!" I look up and suddenly another register is open. I smile at the new cashier and say hello, she rolls her eyes and ignores me. After the transaction I said thank you and goodbye and this woman continued to act like my existence is bothering her. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary, even for a gas station.

I return after 8pm via drive through. Tech stated again that it would be another 15 minutes because they were still working on it. Fine with me still cuz I needed to get something inside. After getting the items I needed, I walked over to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. THIRD TIME, another tech stated they are still working on the prescription. Really now? I don't mind waiting but give customers a BETTER time to return to pick up medications. Nice customer service but pharmacy needs to do a better job with providing accurate information. Overall, Walgreens is still my go to.

My prescription was sent to this Walgreens, which is not the location I usually visit or one in my neighborhood. When I arrived at the pharmacy, there was an older white couple in front of me. The pharmacist, a young Black woman, greeted them warmly, laughed with them, and seemed very friendly. When it was my turn, her demeanor noticeably changed. I greeted her by saying, "Hi, how are you?" and was met with almost complete silence. She went to retrieve my medication, returned, and briefly hesitated as if something was wrong, but there wasn't. She scanned my medication, handed it to me, and that was it. As I was leaving, I told her, "Have a great day," and she didn't respond--not even with a simple "You too." I found that to be discourteous and disappointing. I can't say for certain why I was treated differently, but the contrast between the interaction I witnessed and the one I experienced was noticeable. Respect and kindness should be shown to every customer, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, I did not feel that same level of courtesy was extended to me.
