Terrible customer service, and less than a year later a no-frost freezer theoretically still under warranty with ice dams but can't get it fixed. I have the AllState extra protection and cannot get an appointment scheduled either through Grand or AllState for someone to repair it or at least look at it. This was bad from the beginning. I walked in knowing the freezer I wanted, and Chris Chappell just had to write up the $1K order. When delivered, they set the door up on the wrong side. I called Chris's direct line (according to his card - and on a day he was working, also according to his card) and left a voicemail message. He never called back. I called customer service. They basically said this was my problem that I would be charged for so they forwarded my call back to the store. (The black hole from which calls are not returned.)

I went to the store for the first time in a while and interacted with the rudest manager, watched her completely ignore her employee who talked to her and then heard another manager on a walkie talkie be incredibly rude while the check out person was helping me. What happened?? They used to have a happy go lucky kind of guy who was so nice and welcoming rather than scolding and biting managers who degrade their employees. There are still great people who work here, but the managers and the vibe of the store and customer care went from the best in town to the worst. I was so sad to see miserable employees who used to be happier. There were piles of stuff around the store blocking displays, Black Friday prep I imagine? It was not like that in years prior. I ordered at Starbucks and it took a pretty long time to get a tall latte, I really don't think I'll be back to the store as a customer -- the managers are driving people online and killing the store. I might as well go to Walmart with lower prices.

The store is never busy, which is great, but honestly, they have so much great stuff, wish more people would shop here. They do a decent amount of online orders and print sales so that is good, but we hope this place doesn't get shut down. The building desperately needs repairs and work done and please please update the POS system. Your poor employees have to do so much extra work because of how outdated the POS system is. Riley has been there every time we have shopped here, he is a great employee. We had dealt with the other employees when been there and they all are helpful and knowledgably. The prices are the same if not better than other stores but I rather pay more and not have a busy overcrowded and picked thru items and shop here even if paying a few cents more. We always find what we need and if there is something they dont have we have ordered it to ship to us directly. Riley recently got us signed up for the business membership program and glad we did, we saved over $80 on our recent purchase. Thank you for being such a great place to shop for all our office/schooling needs.

They don't really sell much Apple equipment there, either... just some random cords and accessories... for everything else, they told me to order from the Apple Store online. Very strange. The last time I needed help, I saw on their website that they offered "on-site support," too... but when I went down to the store to enquire if they had anybody who might come to my place to do the work (after my voicemail was ignored), the man working there rudely rebuffed me ... even going so far as to make me feel bad that I didn't know what my problem was, beyond the fact that my new Time Machine wasn't saving back-ups. I eventually had to call AppleCare, which was able to solve my problem. I really don't understand how this place stays in business, since they don't seem very eager to accept work and they don't respond to voicemails. At least, not from me.

Just so I was aware. He did not have the battery for my Hybrid and was very apologetic he could not assist. He recommended I go to the dealer and see if they could do better.
