Huge fan of coming here however, there is one complaint that I feel needs to be brought up between employees. I always receive amazing service from the young boy upfront with a little bit longer hair. He's absolutely incredible with customer service. However, I would like to leave a bit of a note for the older guy who I believe is the manager. I think it would be wise if when your employees make a mistake, you don't publicly announce it to the customers waiting in the lobby. As I was waiting for my mail, the older Manager started making a scene about a mistake, The younger kid had made. This is something that needs to be corrected in private not in a situation where customers are in the lobby waiting. I can't imagine how he talks to his employees behind closed doors, if this is how he speaks to them in front of customers. So my review is this, I would leave five stars for the young boy upfront who is quick efficient and always nice. the older guy who is usually in the back, step it up.

Call a notary company like this one, it is no more expensive and you'll work with someone who knows what they are doing. I'll never do the bank/UPS thing again. Back to my predicament, I called Notary Crazy and they came to the rescue. Gloria at Notary Crazy got us scheduled the same day and came to us, which was not so glamorous as it was a gas station, and we were able to notarize the needed document. She was able to come to me on a very short notice. The paperwork was on this plastic film and she knew what to bring not to let the signatures smear. She is very friendly and professional.
