Huffing and puffing the whole time. the manager could give a fuck less- which was very clear to see. i set a reservation for this morning that night- i called up this morning to confirm and let them know i was going to head that way. they told me they wouldn't rent to me because of the condition truck came back in. mind you- the bed was clean, interior was clean ( not showroom clean, but it was clean) 3 weeks in to rentMing this truck it developed an oil leak. they refused to rent to me claiming the oil leak and condition i brought the truck back was my fault. reality is is Ii kept them there past 7pm last night trying not figure out why I was being charged $1800 when I've been paying weekly to extend vehicle. All the employees there are a bunch of losers. Manager was trash. No customer service skills whatsoever. PISS POOR customer service, would never rent another anything from them.

There were often vehicles parked in the dead center of the lane while people were just hanging out when they had plenty of room on either side to park. For example, today I went there and met a bunch of people to move some stuff out. All the doors and gates were locked and nobody picked up the phone. There was a line of people waiting by the time I drove 30 mins home, got my gate code information, and came back. That wasn't fun. The facility is pretty clean and safe, but between the prices I'm paying now and the problems mentioned above, I'm glad this is my last month.

I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties.
