There prices have gone way up since the last time I used them. They have a two hour minimum, $400 for two movers. Luckily, I scheduled right before they increased their rates for this time of year to $600 for two hours and two movers. They did end up sending three movers without any extra charge. They were are to schedule quick service on a weekday and were right on time.

Express. I confirmed this 4 x's.Booked them Friday 9-21-18. After being 2 hrs late, they loaded the truck and after being half unloaded at a storage unit, was told this was a cash only move. NEVER was set up that way. NEVER! I was finally told that they would take a credit card, but only if I took a picture of the FRONT and BACK of my card AND a pic of my drivers license, would they process! An illegal demand and something no person should ever comply to. They drove off with have my stuff so fast I could not even work out a way to resolve. The owner then yelled and threatened me to pay up or he would come get it himself! I finally was able to confirm through the office that if I got them a CASHIERS check by Sat Morning , they would deliver that day. I paid extra and did that, only to be told I had to wait until MONDAY as the owner needed to verify a CASHIERS check! Really? It is a CASHIERS check! It's guaranteed funds. Called this morning to verify if the rest of my property would be delivered and was yelled at again and told me it was no big deal, no one was sick and if I make a big deal about it, they would just keep the property and delivery some other day. Nasty, rude, vengeful, rotten company. DO NOT use them. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

On the day of the move, they texted me with an ETA and were right on time as per the 1 hour window discussed. They were polite and professional and got right to work. My furniture packed, moved and unpacked was estimated at 2 hours and it came in just under since they worked so well as a team. They padded and wrapped my furniture to keep it safe and clean and everything arrived in good condition as they unpadded and unwrapped it as they placed it where I requested. I would definitely use them again.

She helped me two different times & she help our over the road driver with a large truck to get into the property & get their household goods out in a safe manner. The buildings were cool and clean. Sarah is what made the experience perfect...She even offered her cell phone for after hours if we had an issue getting out the secured gate. WHO DOES THAT?
