Come to find out, the engine was dangerously low on oil. I walked in to the shop and explained my problem to the service department, and the gentleman there handed me a 5 qt. jug of oil that had about a quart and a half left in it, enough to get me home. I offered to pay and he wouldn't accept. Good samaritans, extremely helpful to a guy in need. Should I need anything motorcycle-related in the future, they'll get my business first. Thanks.

While I was being shown the motorcycle another person arrived to see the same motorcycle. I told Frank I would purchase the bike, yet he told the other customer he had first dibs on it. Both of us had phoned the previous day to see if the bike was available. I had asked if a deposit to hold the bike would be refundable if I changed my mind after seeing the bike in person, the answer was "no". The other customer was angry, we both agreed it was a terrible way to do business. I left, he stayed.

It does not feel like like a big dealership. The owner, Dale, seems knowledgeable and honest. I dropped off my 20 year old snowmobile during the busy season because it wouldn't run. He started working on it a week later. One week after that, it was done and ready to go. Reasonable labor rate. Only disappointed that they could not do pickup and delivery. I will likely have my equipment serviced here in the future.

They charged me for labour that i already paid for twice i have proof and text messages 5-6 hours at 130$ robbery . I get an email telling me to basically fuck off this after losing 14000$ on the bike in 6 months and the bike spending more time at the dealer than my possession. They have been consistent on one thing !! Being bad at everything never will i do business with anything associated with Gabriel in my life. Pics damage on a brand new bike i guess the certified technician was asleep. They never repaired the damage they caused.
