This company is absolutely disgusting. They didn't care at all, just acted like vultures waiting to grab any car they could. When we went to the tow yard to get the car back, things got even worse. The employees were aggressive and completely disrespectful. One of them even slammed the gate shut and hurt my mom, and another man, with an amputated leg, made racist comments, telling me to "climb the gate and do something like the Mexicans." That's pure discrimination, and nobody should ever be spoken to like that. They treated us like garbage and laughed while doing it. No empathy, no decency, no professionalism, just greed and hate. I'm writing this so people know exactly what kind of business this is. If you care about your safety or basic respect, stay far away from B&M Towing. They should be investigated for their behavior and the way they treat people.
