I was nervous and I needed a taxi service that was safe and reliable. Luckily, I went to Yelp and saw two positive reviews for Rockingham Taxi. So now its my turn go back to Yelp to share my experience so it will help others as the last two reviewers did for me. My experience with Rockingham Taxi was completely positive, from the first phone call to being dropped off at the front of my house. I had to change my pickup times several times due to the schedules of C & J bus, and every time the person on the phone was always polite and accommodating. I was nervous that the taxi would be late, since I had a long long fly and couldn't wait to get home. The moment I step off the bus, Rockingham Taxi was already waiting for me in front of the C & J building. The cab driver politely greeted me and helped me with my two very heavy luggages (50 lb and 51 lb). His name is John P. Hopefully I got the first name right. Basically the whole experience with Rockingham Taxi was very smooth. They even take credit card (with the iphone), which is a good thing because I didnt have any cash left. I will definitely use their service again and recommend them to everyone who needs tax service. This would be especially helpful for shipyard employee who are typically placed on weird travel hours and dont want their family members to have to loose sleep from picking them up.
