This helped show me exactly how to do the exercises when I'm at home versus learning to do them in an office or clinic environment. Jen's professionalism is outstanding, she is always punctual when coming to my home for appointments, and she is so attentive and caring she always remembers small details I tell her about myself. In addition to helping me recover from a concussion, Jen has inspired me to begin jogging regularly, which I previously never did, and she has helped me realize the way I would walk had a strong negative impact on several ongoing issues including neck pain. I had injured my knee and saw my primary doctor and subsequently an orthopedist after an X-ray, but left rather confused as to what was the underlying issue. Jenny took the time to review my reports in detail and explain what was causing my knee problem. I was very impressed with her knowledge and expertise. Jenny worked with me to help rehabilitate my knee over several months and empowered me, teaching me exercises to continue to work on at home. She was always so patient and friendly during our sessions, and now I am back to where I was before the injury occurred with regards to my knee. Thank you Jenny for taking such great care of me! I came to her after "doing something to my shoulder" about a year before-- which just never quite went away. Sara quickly identified what was causing the problem, performed some manipulation, did a movement assessment, taped me up, and sent me home with homework and an "rx" for some massage. She helped me understand the mechanics of why I was so sore and visualize how to move correctly. What she did NOT do was take away my barbell, which is a huge plus for me. After my first visit, massage, and a couple of weeks of "homework" I am now pain-free. I really love that you can go to see Sarah, and then come back every 3 weeks or so to check in & have your exercises adjusted vs needing to come in 3x a week.

Deanna has an excellent understanding of the body and explains everything she does so I understand it perfectly. I went to her for my neck, since I was waking up with severe pain and stiffness about once a month. Since I started about six weeks ago, my mobility has increased, my stiffness has decreased and my pain is almost nonexistent! We moved on to some chronic knee pain, and I'm happy to say that has improved as well. At the age of 27, I was diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) in my lower back.
