A visit to plan my exit found a broken door, inside temps higher than outside temps (I was paying for climate control) and more trash than usual. Apparently, no one is monitoring the facility outside of "cameras." Good customer service is severely lacking. Storage is in high demand; so all they care about is keeping the units full. Arnold Group (owner) should take a good look at how this side of their business is being run. Really disappointing.
