First time customer. Ordered a dozen assorted. Loved it, the boss and his wife loved it, so so far it's a pretty good Friday.

These donuts are to die for. Instead of opting for dry dunkin or krusty kreme, try this place immediately! Adorable atmosphere that has plenty of space to sit if you opt to stay and enjoy your donut, as well as quick and efficient workers to help you get your order fast if you're in a hurry. There are so many flavors of donuts here it'll make you slightly anxious trying to pick the right one, but no matter which one you choose I promise you won't be disappointed. The donuts are fresh, but otherwise just OK. The flavoring is in the frosting, not it the donut itself. For example, a lemon donut is just a plain donut with lemon in the frosting. The donut has no lemon in it. It's the same with all their donuts. Also, their frostings are way too sweet for my taste. I usually scrape half of it off. The donuts are rather expensive. I suppose you're paying for the unique names, and they are unique. One good thing is that if you're craving a donut late at night, they're open. read more

The service is great and the owner takes great pride in his establishment. The donuts are beautiful and artistic. I purchased them for people at work as a treat; they were a hit. The allow people to pick what fillings they want in their donuts. They have a vey large selection, but the donuts are generally way sweet. The candy decorations take away from the flavor of the donuts. There are only a few donuts for people who don't want candy or tons of icing. I will also say the pricing is pretty high for donuts. They are about double the cost of other well-known donut establishments. They have really good business hours 4am-10pm. It is hard to go to a non-chain bakery open before 7am and that doesn't work well for people with jobs. read more

Terrible experience! I pre-placed an order for two dozen custom donuts. I asked for them to be ready by 7:30 AM as they were my son's birthday party at school. I also made sure to pay in advance so we could pick them up right before school. We got to Amy's the day of, right at 7:30, and NOTHING WAS READY! They had not even started the order!!! They kept telling us they needed just 5 more minutes. It ended up taking them 50 minutes to complete the order. The donuts looked absolutely terrible! They looked completely rushed and incomplete. My kindergartener could've done a better job decorating. Also, due to their lateness my son ended up getting a tardy at school. The staff was hardly apologetic and just said oh well we had a lot of orders this morning. To me that's just poor planning on their part. Poor planning, poor quality and poor customer service! We used to love Amy's and frequented this location often. We will never go back again and would not recommend! read more

Good, decent location, fair hours, large variety of donuts. The donuts have a lot of different toppings on them for example you can get a donut with real bacon or fruit loops as a topping. They also have a fair amount of seating available. read more

I had a filled donut from Amy's that was brought into my work. Gotta say, it was BIG but the taste wasn't pleasing. There was tons of filling that tasted like it came out of a can. I used to work in a mom and pop donuts and bakery shop where everything was made from scratch. For the price of the their donuts they should have better quality. What a great variety of flavors. I had such a hard time picking my donuts. I had the bananas foster and it did. It disappoint. Yesterday was my first trip to Amy's donuts.
