I didn't expect Sydney to come tell me herself, because she was already running behind. Sydney has the best personality, and she was very gentle during my pedi. Thank you again, Sydney! Also, walking into such a posh-looking spa shouldn't make you cringe when you sit down on their dirty couch. You can only make appointments over the phone, and while I was able to schedule once via messaging, my later messages there were never responded to. It's a small thing, but it does make it less accessible or convenient to book for people with accessibility limitations, and that's the only thing that has stopped me from returning. Still, the staff I interacted with were friendly and skilled, and the results were beautiful. I would be back if there were more flexible ways to book for people with limitations.
