I called 5 days in advance and specified that I wanted a deep cleaning since I was moving into a…read morenew house. The people before us had not completed many of the spring cleaning type of activities plus we did some remodeling, so need less to say we knew it wasn't going to be a normal cleaning. I told them over the phone the situation and the said that will be fine but it will be extra $25. When the cleaning crew(2 of them didn't speak a word of English) showed up I walked them through the house pointing out each and every area I wanted cleaned. Once we reviewed the house they asked for $150 more than what I was quoted on the phone. I called the company and they said the charge would be $250 based on my specifications. I had to leave to work while my mother came to watch over. When my mother would point out items that were not cleaned properly the lady would talk back and told her to do it herself. Once I came back from work and saw what was completed I called the company immediately complained. Jessica picked up the phone and told me to send pictures of what was not cleaned. Said she will try her best to work something out. Next day I called back and she said I would have to wait for the "owner" to come back to Dallas as she is currently overseas she said she will check the availability of one of the other cleaning crews. A day later I called back and then the tone changed saying the pictures I sent don't show any dirt which they clearly do. I mentioned over the phone that the areas I was showing were not even touched at all (inside kitchen cabinets, tub, shower, above the kitchen cabinet, blinds and etc...).. Then I was told these areas are not on the list, to witch I stated I know that's why I paid $100 more to ensure these items are taken care of. Make a longer story shorter they would not respond and asked me to stop calling. All I wanted was for a crew to come out and clean what I paid for. I completed the request on-line today for a quote. Provided all the details they wanted plus got specific about extra cleaning I am looking for, such as wooden blinds cleaned. Selected three dates they could provide the quote to me, basically today (Friday) and the weekend, Sat/Sun. Also picked those days of the week as the ones I'd regularly want as my service date. Response from the business was lacking (see attached). They were "unable to service," and do not work weekends. I guess that means no quote on the work and future Fridays are out, too? Probably won't pursue anything further here.
