I LOVE this place , the instructors are amazing and the owner is so sweet! Even the people who take the class are super sweet. The pricing is amazing , they gave us 6 free classes for next time so we will be back! Check out their website , there's a few different instructors I don't know anything about yoga but my fiancé does and he loves this place as well. It's very clean ! They have all the stuff you need right there. They have water for 1.00 , the parking lot is small so they have another lot on the side. The classes are pretty full but it makes for a great time. This place and the aura are amazing , check this place out!

The owner (Paula) got back to me right away, and was able to fit me in! When I arrived, I still had my 18 month old with me and was waiting on my sister to watch her, but Paula let her sit in a little chair next to me, and she didn't even make a peep! From asking about my hair history, what I was looking to have done and what styles, and then giving an awesome recommendation to try, I am so excited with how it came out! I went with what she recommended rather than my original plan and I'm so glad I did. The salon was serene and quiet, and everyone there got along so well! You can really tell they work as a team. I normally go someplace else for my hair, but I will glad drive the 45 minutes over and over again when I need my hair done. It's worth it!

I tried the new student special in November and immediately got a membership, I was hooked! Theres a variety of class types and times. I love the original hot yoga, core fire conditioning, yoga sculpt and power yoga classes. I haven't tried the non-heated classes, but I've heard those are great as well. The studio is extremely welcoming - the teachers and community are so friendly and genuine. The manager Jess is always planning something new and fun, so there are special classes, workshops, or social events happening all the time which is so fun! Overall, I am so grateful I found this studio because coming to class is the highlight of my day every day!!

Looking back on it, it probably wasn't a great idea to jump into a one and a half hour hot yoga class for my very first session as I struggled to keep up and was sweating like crazy, but despite all of that, I still loved it and have been doing hot yoga classes ever since at a studio closer to my house. The staff working here are very kind and friendly and were there at the beginning of class welcoming everyone. Even though I couldn't keep up with the class, I was never made to feel uncomfortable about it. The instructor was great at teaching the yoga class. Overall a great yoga studio for anyone in the Bristol area!

After some research I came to discover Mind Body Barre. I took a Mind Body Barre method class with Caitlin at the Rehoboth location and it was honestly one of the better exercise classes I've taken in recent years. The class runs about an hour and includes elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class runs at a moderate speed and is accompanied by modern pop music for the entire hour so it really keeps your energy up. The facility is spacious, clean, and well lit. the studio provides all of the equipment you will use in class but I would highly recommend bringing water and a towel. Parking is decent but I would arrive early to get a spot near the entrance. Overall I had a wonderful experience and I'm looking forward to visiting the studio again!

Also the welcoming atmosphere makes first timers instantly at ease as regulars are all very friendly and chatty. I cannot say enough about how amazing this studio is. Population: Women Work out Style: Barre, Yoga & Pilates Bonus feature: Lavender cool down (5 minutes in Shivasana with the instructor adjusting you in a lavender scented room thanks to the aromatherapy spray they sell) My history: I am not an athletic type, nor in shape and only practiced yoga occasionally. I started and stopped many gym memberships over the years until I found this place. I am happy to report that after my first class here a year ago I have become dedicated to this studio working out 2 or 3 times a week. The workouts don't get any easier but because of all the support I receive here it doesn't matter. I can see the results ( I have actually definition in my arms now!) and am really truly happy.

One of the lifeguards constantly crossed personal boundaries and eventually called me an alcoholic because I did not accept his unsolicited medical advice. The aquatics director and CEO made me stand in his office despite me telling the CEO that I cannot stand or sit for an extended period due to chronic pain and my disability, and while making me stand and listen to him repeat everything he said over email, they both basically took the side of the lifeguard, suggesting without asking the offensive party that the lifeguard was "joking" and I was more or less holding a grudge. They even suggested that the Bayside pool wasn't the right pool for me because I was offended by being called an alcoholic by this lifeguard. They never asked the lifeguard to apologize to me after I requested an apology. I do not feel respected at this YMCA branch. Another issue is the staff don't tell you that there's an additional annual fee on top of the regular monthly fee and joiner's fee until after you've joined. I reached out to the same CEO and membership director about this issue, and have been met with silence for over a month. But when they didn't like that I complained about a lifeguard slandering me and his continued foul mannerisms towards me, the CEO wouldn't leave me alone constantly emailing me and demanding I go into his office when I asked for a phone call to accommodate my disability to address the issue.

Their family membership is an excellent value when you take into consideration the complementary child care. Their pool and locker facilities were recently renovated and are very nice. The YMCA offers a wide variety of classes, and although the selection might not be as robust as other facilities, I have enjoyed them. The cardio/weights room, where I spend a lot of time has been updated with brand new equipment and is well managed - there are typically available cardio machines in the busy morning hours. This Y is also located next to the East Bay Bike Path - so one can easily bike here, and go out running during or after a visit. Bottom line a good value, a good facility for the area.
