When I got home, the gate wouldn't close and one of the horizontal fence boards had signs of deterioration. I called repeatedly to get them to send someone to take a look at the problems. When their representative finally came out, he said the board was damaged due to termites and that they would replace the board and also fix the gate that wouldn't close. No one ever came back to do the repairs. And when I called to ask about it, I was informed very curtly that they do not warranty their work and would not be doing any repairs. In addition to all this, they charged $300 more than their quote because it took them longer than expected to finish the fence. My neighbor informed me that the workers took many breaks and worked very slowly. I contracted them to do a 222' interior warehouse 12' chain link fence bolted to the floor with gates and a 73' iron exterior rolling gate installed in existing cement and asphalt.
