The quality is not what we expected, especially the hardware. Joe promised to come by and fix it, but that never happened. The double gate dips in the middle and caused pressure on the cheaply made closure hardware. We have had to adjust it ourselves several times in the short time we have had it. read more

A portion of our backyard fence was old, warped and leaning. It was a major concern because I have a toddler and I did not want it to come down while he was playing in the yard. I called multiple companies and was having a hard time getting responses. One company even put me on a 5-6 week waiting list just for an estimate appointment. I was so happy when Joe, from Villa Fencing, had responded to my phone message quickly. He happened to be out of town but arranged for his counterpart to measure the area while he was away. A few days later I received the quote, and the pricing was extremely fair, and we requested to get on his schedule as soon as possible. Like most companies he had a full schedule but managed to squeeze us in just a week and a half out. The team arrived right on time, they removed the old fence, cleared the surrounding area, and installed the new fence rather quickly. I watched as they measured, re-measured and continued to measure so the fence was perfectly straight. They were perfectionists. They also cleaned up every bit of the yard after the removal. The back yard looks amazing. I am so impressed with their professionalism, their timeliness, how clean they were and their attention to detail. Even the screws they used match the wood.
