Veronica (site manager) always picks up the phone! It is refreshing to not only always have someone answer the phone, but also to kindly answer all questions and make the process so simple. Once I had checked in - very easy - I backed into my spot only to learn my trailer hitch had fused with the ball! It took nearly an hour, but Art (site specialist) helped me break (without harming car/trailer) my vehicle free from the trailer with a fork lift! Anywhere else, this would have cost me a whole day. Without Art's help and insight I would have been forced to drive to a repair shop and would have been charged a small fortune. Please reconsider if you are thinking about storage here! First, their 7am to 7pm access hours are ridiculous! I rarely get to my unit after work because it's so early. There are other good places like Public Storage open until 9pm every day and those 2 extra hours make a huge difference! Plus they cost more than the other place for these shorter hours! Please ask to look at the unit PRIOR to signing paperwork! Their version of drive up is down a long hallway, a little detail they "forgot" to tell me, but they knew I was in a hurry and I had no reason think they were lying to me (yet) I didn't find out until I showed up with a full truck and movers so I was stuck between a rock and hard place and both were costly for me. You have to input codes at 2 gates in order to drive down the single lane with parking by the wall because you can't park next to the building with traffic going in and out! So if you are out of there at 7:01 pm because of the extra time at the gate exit, your going to be charged $25-$50 for being out late! We chose this place because they had a "free" truck and free first month, NO and NO. Truck runs about $25-$35 depending on your mileage. You won't get a free month if you don't pay for second month first! More deceptive advertising! I have been storing my personal items pictures furniture in cardboard boxes since last year around October. A few months ago I started noticing little flies or moths not sure what they are flying around in the hallways. I reported it to the front office and a few weeks later the issue was worse. Now they are inside my unit. I reported this issue to a female employee. She stated she was going to let the office know and Exterminator know. Same thing I was told the time before. Now as of today, it was so bad that I could not walk through the hallway without feeling a month or black fly land on me. It was so annoying. Worse, there was an older gentleman working there cleaning up the hallways, who was being attacked he worked. When I opened my unit it was even worse. I have reported this issue several times and nothing has been done to resolve. My biggest concern is my personal items that cannot be replaced like pictures books drawings from your children camping supplies etc. I have been paying my bill on time I have never been late. Next time I go I will post pictures since it doesn't allow me to post videos. I am very disappointed. Other than the bug issue that can I destroy your items. I have had my belonging in this facility for 5 years. i found the rates reasonable, the staff pleasant and knowledgeable and efficient. I never saw the place dirty. I started with one unit and wanted to get a bigger space but none were available. They worked with me and we came up with a great alternative. I was looking for a storage facility to store my 36 foot travel trailer. I called several locations in Orange County and some places said that my trailer was too long for their facility, or they had no vacancies, or they were just too expensive. I called Anaheim/Fullerton self & RV storage and they were eager to answer my questions and had a spot available for my trailer. I drove to their facility and when I walked in, I was immediately impressed by how many surveillance monitors they had in their office. I was greeted by a very friendly woman named Saira. Saira walked me through the process and allowed me to view the site before I made any decision. The RV storage area is very secure and clean. There is a good mix of newer RV's and older RV's on the lot. And again, There were surveillance cameras all over the lot which put my mind at ease. There was even a place to dump in the lot. Saria took her time and walked me through all the forms needed to complete the rental. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to keep their valuables or RV safe and secure.
