Ricardo at Lambert Storage was so kind to us. My brother and I were cleaning out my father's storage unit which was filled to the brim. We were able to clean out everything but a pile of wood and about a grocery bag's worth of papers. I live in Santa Monica and was planning on coming back the following weekend but Ricardo said he would take care of cleaning up the remains for us, saving us a trip. He is a great employee-very customer service oriented and such a nice guy!!! read more

I used this place a few years back and it was awesome when it was privately owned. Now that they have this management company running it, it's gone way downhill. I recently got a storage unit while I was cleaning out my shop and I had rats or mice eating into my personal belongings and I also noticed these homeless looking people coming in and out throughout the day with what look like trash on their bikes. I don't know what's going on there, but it is not the same and I would imagine there's people living out of that place in the back given what I've seen, which never would've happened in the past with the private family that owned it. read more

NEVER, NEVER and NEVER store your things here. My parents passed away and we needed a place to quickly place their things until we could get settled. 2 years later and a few visits early on, we entered the storage unit....to our complete shock, it had been leaking for a VERY long time. The place was completely saturated. The fumes from the unit just about knocked me over. As we inspected, the entire ceiling had water dripping and the roof had holes everywhere. EVERYTHING was ruined!!!! While theft is always a risk and consideration, I felt comfortable that it was gated but I NEVER considered they would not properly maintain their units. This was out and out negligence. To make matters worse...insurance will only cover $2500. We had to move all of it out ourselves with literally mold everywhere. We all had such bad headaches that we had to leave and come back the next day. While the manager Ricardo was as kind as he could be his hands were tied. The management company could care less. The topper of it all is as I was pulling into the storage facility I noticed a massive semi parked in front...they were unloading roofing materials. I asked the clerk (not Ricardo) what the materials were for and he unknowingly replied "we have a lot of leaks in our units that need to be repaired". The management company wasn't even willing to reimburse me for the months that the unit had been leaking. Terrible business. Very very disappointing. read more

I've had a great experience with this place over the past few years. Ricardo at the front desk is always super friendly and helpful!

We had a large RV as well as a box trailer at this facility. When we moved in the facility was privately owned and the people were very nice. But that changed recently. There are people that look like thay may be living in or out of their storage units. When we would go to get our trailer it was often blocked by furniture or trash and the people working there are extremely rude. I tried to call this morning and Jessica was so very rude and would not even listen to my concern. She just continually asked my name and number. As I tried over and over and over to explain I no longer have an account, But she just kept asking for my name and number! We moved our trailer out of this facility in June. We were accidently charged the rent for July. I spoke to someone at that time and was told that we would receive a refund in 2 weeks. We never received the money back for the charge. read more

I went in on "Friday MAY 20th 2022" to drop off my boat, I got there at 5:40pm and they close at 6, I was about to walk into office when the manager "Daniel" "the manager of the day" was walking out locking the office door, the guy didn't even greet me and I ask him why are gates locked when it's still within business hours, he replied to me they're closed he's not opening gate because they're almost closed???? WTH? I'm paying for this, he replied you have 5 min to be in n out or too bad you'll be locked in, major disrespect so now this is my last month here and prices going up doesn't make sense to me. Jessica is always helpful very sad to leave but rising prices are getting out of hand. read more

If there any positive or 5 star ratings for this RV storage facility since the management company took over, I would be highly suspicious of its reliability. We have experienced the same rudeness from Jessica and terrible customer service as others have commented. Before the management company took over, it use to be a reasonable monthly rate and they use to have good customer service. But, it's obvious the current owner, same family owned, doesn't care about how it's managed or how customers are treated as long as the money comes in. They doubled there rates so it's no longer reasonable. There appears to be plenty of openings, so, if there is availability, there is good reason customers have left...beware! Consider yourself notified. Good chance you will be treated like so many of us. Read the negative reviews...it absolutely true what has been written about them. My suggestion, since you will be paying a lot of money anyway for RV/boat/car storage, find a place that offers good customer service, will treat you kindly and with respect, and not double your monthly rate like they have a history of doing without advance notice. Why would anyone pay to be treated so badly?? read more

I went to check out this storage yesterday. I showed up 10 minutes before they close. The manager was very sweet as she did not mind to give me a tour. She was very informative and Professional. The price compared to most of the places is reasonable. I recommend this business. read more

Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and was thinking of us as new RV owners when she suggested a storage spot that was easy access for new RV drivers. She runs a tight ship. And is always making sure all storage areas are secure. read more

The on site manager is always so kind and helpful. Unfortunately my truck got broken into and everything was taken, everything was out of sight too, under seats. Tools, stereo, gone, nothing they can do. Pulled vehicle immediately and canceled service. read more

I'm moving a a brand new storage twice the size for half the price. Plus it's a/c, alarms, later hours, complimentary use of moving truck and carts. This was my first choice because of location but after 6 days I just was happy for what I was paying to store things here. read more

Don't go here! Since the new management took over they double their rate on my storage units in less then 2 Years, plus they want you to buy their renters insurance and it doesn't cover anything that you don't have a receipt for. They close early so if you work a normal job like I do you're screwed. Jessica is the only thing that's good at this storage business. read more

We've been there probably for 15 years and we were recently notified that because of our good standing and making payments on time our monthly bill is being raised from $93.60 to only $124. The person working there told me that this notification email was generated electronically and that he had heard that the payments might be lowered a bit. It would take a major lowering for us to continue staying there past another month or two. read more

Very poor customer service. They charge extra for facilities maintenance; however, the do not prioritize existing customers. Manager Jessica actually hung up on me because there was "a customer on deck." I went on the website to file an official complaint to the company, but there is now way to do this. I went once and waited 20 minutes for a manager to unlock my new unit because there was another customer (who came after me). Management sucks, customer service sucks, hours suck, this place sucks. Only redeeming factor is the price; but, you get what you pay for. read more

I really Love this place Friendly,Great prices. Have stuff you want to keep but no room to put it take it here your things are safe. I've been coming here and storing my things that I'll need down the line and don't want to search for them they are in one place and safe. They have Storage units that fit Boats and the price is much cheaper then a slip dock that's for sure. You won't be sorry for storing your true Valuables here I sure of that!. I needed a place to store a car trailer at for a couple of months and this place fits the bill. I've only used their outside storage however they seem to do a good job keeping the lot clean. There's a mix of older and newer vehicles on-site but they seem to do their best to keep things looking as good as they can. read more
