They have a great collection of DVDs and we often stop by on the spur of the moment to find a classic (or a newer one) to watch on an inexpensive rental ($1-$2).

This is one of the few places where a presidential birthplace and burial site are both on the same grounds. Amidst a gorgeous reflecting pool, rose garden, and the palm trees typical of Southern California, Richard Nixon and his wife are buried about 50 feet from his birth home. The house lies in its original footprint when Francis Nixon built the modest house on a rural citrus ranch in 1912. It's perfectly preserved in the middle of a busy suburban setting today, included in the tour. Surprises within the sprawling complex include a replica of the living room at the Nixon's beach house in San Clemente, a full-scale replica of the Oval Office, a chunk of the Berlin Wall, and oil from Saudi Arabia's first oil well. There are countless other artifacts! Best of all, you might enter the museum thinking of Nixon as scandalous, a Republican who became America's only president to resign. But you'll leave with a deep understanding of, and appreciation for, the impact Nixon had on abolishing the military draft, developing relations with China, and signing legislation that would advance women's sports, protect countries against nuclear war, desegregate southern schools, protect the environment, and even initiate the end of the Cold War.

It wasn't as busy and they had a lot of bestsellers in stock. As soon as you walk in, there is an area right in front of the patrons, with all the new and popular books. They have so many of the trending books so I was definitely in heaven. For being new books, they didn't have the mandatory 14 day rental which is a plus. I will be able to keep the book longer, even though I know it wouldn't be necessary. My only negative would be that homeless hang out inside but they didn't bother just stared so be careful.

i was at the library earlier this week and I took my daughters and their grandma. A young man, a…read moreboy, went to the section we were at (children's play section) and was supposedly reading the fictions books that are stacked against the wall. eventually, he went to read a children's picture book stacked on the other side of the wall, the wall closest to the parking lot. the whole time we were there, he never left. I caught him looking at my kids for a while several times and when he would see me he would smile kind of a "oh they're so cute" smile. I don't know if this boy works at this library, or if he was a creep. if this boy is your son and works at this library, get him a new job. he is wasting his brain cells here watching MY kids. I Watch my kids. If he does work here, shame on you librarians for assigning such a lame job assignment to him. what do you think my girls are going to do? take your toys? we have plenty at home! Or maybe you think I'm going to take some books from your library? I actually donate to your library! I will be back at this library. if I see this again, I'll be calling the police. I did not feel comfortable with this boy watching my girls.

I came here to get a specific book that this library had and none of the other OC libraries had…read more(about an Arctic shipwreck). Of course you can have a book shipped from any OC library to one close to you but I was curious about the Tustin library, never having been there. I walked in and my first impression - it's HUGE. An enormous lobby with a large children's section to the right and a larger adult area to the left. The library was neat and well organized - I found the book within a minute. So I browsed around a bit and ended up getting a couple others too. On my way to check out my books I passed a classroom full of computers, and it appeared as though some sort of class had just adjourned. Other reviews mention it is a bit noisy here but I honestly didn't experience that on a weekday afternoon. Since I did self-checkout, I didn't interact with any of the librarians so I was unable to impress them with riveting conversation about the Dewey Decimal System.
