We have put off rain gutters for too long and with the current rains it was about time we pulled the trigger. My wife found Anaheim Rain Gutter among others. Compared to other quotes we obtained, not only was ARG the most cost effective option, they were also the most available. Others were beyond our budget, and months out. Were they up to the task has yet to be seen (spoiler alert: they were and more - keep reading)! The initial quoting process took some time to align our calendars but ARG was very flexible in working with us. They even gave an initial quote based on our own measurements, but we knew this was not very accurate so we eventually were able to line up an in-person quote. Omar arrived and did his measurements. He was very kind to our 2-year old daughter and dog who were being pesky during the inspection. We wanted to get leaf guards on all gutters due to all the neighboring eucalyptus and pine trees and he was happy to present our options. He also presented different gutter and downspout types and colors. Our roof design warranted odd downspout designs and Omar accepted the challenge. He even took some time to look at neighboring designs to glean ideas from. Our quote came back within the same day (cheaper than the initial estimate based on our crude measurements) so we were happy to move forward. Installation day was thwarted by rain but Omar was able to reschedule a few days later (to a Sunday) and he arrived on time. He worked steadily keeping us in the loop of things he was doing; primarily we were chit chatting in passing. It did take him two days to complete our project due to every side of the two-story house needing gutters AND leaf guards (maybe the chit chatting too), but the outcome was tremendous! He worked on color-matching our current stucco and eaves which turned out perfect. His workmanship and diligence can be seen in the finished product, where he thoroughly thought of the water drain direction not only in the gutter but after the water exits the downspout as well - seems obvious but we appreciated this kind of thought process as it's not just thrown together. He was attentive to our suggestions and provided his input along the way such as keeping certain splash guards off the frontside to maintain the curb appeal. This kind of service is not always present with contractors, so Omar is outstanding in this regard. He is a very kind and gentle person who is quick to listen to his customers. Communication with them was as easy as a text message! Overall, ARG is highly recommended! They can certainly do the work and it is obvious Omar has been doing this for awhile, plus with a hard working ethic and attention to detail brings them beyond just a capable gutter installation business. Fantastic job done by Omar. We had decorative cement tile installed recently on our front porch. Without prior gutters over the front porch our pitched roof dumped dirty water and debris onto the new tile after the last rain storms which stained. This was the motivation to have gutters installed plus the whole house needed new gutters anyhow. Omar provided an estimate and his pricing ended up coming in more competitive than other local gutter installers. Plus Omar had openings the following week to do the install. He showed up on time and to my surprise fabricated "seamless" gutters on site with a forming machine. We upgraded to rounded downspouts which look a bit nicer than traditional rectangle down spouts. The new gutters give the roofline much better presence. In the recent SoCal blizzard/rain/wind conditions I had some of my rain gutters detach from my second floor roof, about 20 up from the ground level. This was on a Friday so I waited until Monday, called Omar at Anaheim Rain Gutters and he came over late Monday afternoon (in between bouts of rain) and got the gutters reattached and fixed in about 30 minutes, just before more rains came.
