Tim, one of their service providers, is always kind, helpful, and informative. I went to another dealership near my job (MA) to get an oil change, and they tried to scam me into new brakes right after I got them done at Granite Subaru. I was worried so I brought it here to have them ensure they were wrong. I've always had a great experience with them and I've been here at least 20 times! When looking for new cars, the salesmen were nice as well. Not overly pushy and was very transparent about the chip problem at the time, showing us their inventory, and recommending we come back in a few months when the issues are sorted (this was during the nationwide chip issue.) Overall can't recommend granite subaru enough!

Time to call Headquarters 856-488-8500 STAY AWAY!!!…read moreCan I leave NEGATIVE STARS?? Finance guy & Salesman Shea, lied about financing! It was the last day of the month we wanted to put down $21k on a $34K Outback. They said it would be easier for them if we financed the whole thing and made a lump payment on the first month of the loan and our monthly payment would be less. We did them a favor and because of their unethical actions, I'm now stuck with a monthly payment more than I can afford. The manger on duty on Wednesday August 12th 2026 told me that all their employees know how car loans work and they never would've said that. Here's where their unethical actions come into play. They actually offered an additional $100 off to help cover the first month of extra finance until we paid the lump sum. Super Manager's only advice was "Hey, you can always refinance!". What a joke.

He truly listened, understood exactly what we were looking for, and we ended up buying the same day. There was absolutely no sales pressure--just great options at affordable and competitive prices. The dealership itself was professional, well-organized, and easy to navigate. This was our first time purchasing from MacMulkin, and it certainly won't be our last. I highly recommend stopping by--you won't be disappointed! Sincerely, A mom of two kiddos and a very budget-conscious husband

Extremely disappointing service experience…read more This was my first oil change with this dealership, and after only about 3,000 miles I got a LOW OIL warning. That is completely unacceptable and immediately raises questions about whether the oil change was done properly in the first place. I called service and was told the next appointment was about two weeks out, but that I could stop by anytime before 5 PM to get the oil topped off so I wouldn't risk engine damage. I rearranged my day and went there around 4 PM. When I arrived, the service person told me they couldn't do anything. Seriously? Why tell a customer on the phone to come in anytime before 5 if you're going to refuse to help when they actually show up? I was even willing to leave the vehicle there for them to inspect. I asked for a ride home -- no. I asked for a loaner -- no. No solution, no urgency, no ownership. The worst part is that this problem happened shortly after THEIR oil change. Whether the vehicle was underfilled, there is a leak, or something else went wrong, the proper response should have been to inspect it immediately instead of wasting my time and giving me different answers. This is not how you treat a customer when the issue may be connected to work your own technician performed. Poor communication, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience and I would think twice before trusting this service department with my vehicle again.

Positives: Beautiful jeep in stock, willing to negotiate, close service center. They have a…read morerunner service to register and get plates; it was just over a week when the plates were available for pick up. Negatives: Sales reps are not very knowledgeable on the jeep's functionality, add ons/upgrades, etc and rather than look something up, would just say "no, it doesn't have that". Also, the first rep would not allow a test drive on the highway. I would never purchase a car without driving it on a highway. Got home, looked up a few things, and after realizing the reps were wrong on the upgrades, had a second visit. This rep was much more helpful, pleasant and willing to research what he didn't know. He also had no issues with a highway test drive. It was a 5 hour process before we signed on the dotted line. This was AFTER already negotiating the final price with the manager the day before. It seemed every application, information form, etc, was from scratch, and each required a 30-60 minute wait before the next process could begin, often having errors which required correction. We were offered complimentary water but no other snacks or ways to pass the time. The after market upsell was uncomfortable. Way too hard-sell and frankly, the tactics were just insulting. I felt like I was in a scene of Glen Garry glen ross. About 2 hours in, the manager was running around the dealership having customers ring a cowbell announcing another sale. I told him we were still waiting on paperwork, but he wanted me to ring the bell anyway. Awkward drawing attention from others inside the dealership, then waiting another 3 hours for the actual sale to be final. Once everything was signed, we were given the spare key. It was in a bag. I'm glad we looked at the fob inside the bag, as they gave us the key to a different jeep. Somehow the original key was then misplaced and it took a 30 minute hunt around the dealership to find it. We used AI to review the initial terms. Im glad we did. The monthly payment was incorrectly calculated (not in our favor). The manager shrugged and said he just types the numbers in and the computer program calculates the monthly payment. The actual loan documents are screen only, so you have to read the managers screen and agree to your signature rather than get a hard copy. We just took a photo of each of the screens and AI was able to read and process from there, but were told it was not possible to get a generic hard copy version of the agreement. AI did bring up a few things we needed to be clear on, as well as note one of the documents was page 1 of 12, but the other 11 pages were missing. Manager apologized and located the remaining 11 and printed them out. Using AI can be uncomfortable, but it absolutely added value during this process and recommended some questions we would not have thought of asking on our own.

As potential buyers we knew more about the cars which he joked about. He continued to tell us he had been selling cars for 22 years but in all honesty this seemed like the first car he'd ever sold. He made every mistake in the book including not having us sign the title for the trade in and multiple mistakes on the registration which all told took multiple unreturned phone calls and 3 weeks. We had to demand temporary plates while they figured out their mess. The sales manager is pushy and sneaky. They continued to try to trick us into paying more than the advertised price. When I repeatedly called them out on it, they started making endless jokes at my expense about being "tough, difficult, a pit bull." The jokes continued every time we had to go back to their dealership. I don't think they appreciated a woman calling them out on their deceiving tactics. The only knowledgeable and respectful person we dealt with there was the financial manager, Dakota. Save yourself a lot of hassle and take your business elsewhere.

I took my 2023 Toyota Corolla to the dealership specifically for an oil change. That was the only…read moreservice I requested. I understand and accept that dealerships may inspect other items during service, but what followed raised serious concerns for me. I was initially charged $153 for the oil change alone. When I questioned the amount, the service advisor who originally helped me was not available, so other employees assisted me. They immediately looked at each other in confusion and even questioned among themselves why the price was so high. When the original advisor returned and realized what we were discussing, his behavior became noticeably nervous and uncomfortable. I explained that I was already concerned because about a year earlier, my wife had taken the same vehicle to the dealership and was charged close to $500 for a wheel alignment the car supposedly needed. At the time, I believed she had been overcharged. Now, once again, I was facing what appeared to be another excessive charge. In addition to the $153 oil change, I was being quoted over $330 total due to an air filter replacement that they claimed had been damaged by rodents. After I questioned the charges and the unusual pricing was noticed by other employees as well, the advisor suddenly stated that the oil change price was "probably a computer mistake" and said he would adjust it. At that point, I also instructed them not to replace the air filter. In the end, my total bill came down to only $68. That is a massive difference from the original amount I was presented with. This experience left me seriously questioning the honesty and transparency of the service department. It also made me wonder whether the air filter was truly damaged as claimed. After this experience, I now have doubts and concerns about the recommendations being made to customers. I felt it was important to leave this review because the entire situation seemed very strange and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be reconsidering where I take my vehicle for future service and maintenance.
