I really wish I would have taken the poor reviews of Tulley Mazda more seriously; even the ones that were updated to give more stars or even 5 due to poor experiences being pacified by management. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone; the only reason I had gone is because they had the make and model of a vehicle I was looking for. I know this is long, but I am incredibly upset that I have to buy 4 new tires right before Christmas because the brand they put on my car are nowhere online to be ordered/found and I can't just buy one singular tire a different brand/type. I purchased a used car from here and it was a multi-day, multi-hassle process. They were unwilling to let me work a loan out with my credit union and were adamant about their own financing. When I bought the car, they failed to give me the certificate for title application and I couldn't register my car. They also forgot to have me sign part of their contract and asked me to come back for that. Disorganized for sure. There were issues with my windshield and the manager Tom made it right. He was pleasant to deal with. I had sent a response to Tulley last week regarding their declination of replacing my defective tire and have not heard anything back. I haven't heard anything about the paint, either. I don't have a brand-new Mazda that I am leasing or financing, so Tulley doesn't care. I would be giving 1 star instead of 2 if they hadn't done anything about my windshield. Incredibly disappointed. Guess I'm never getting that paint, either.

Tulley Buick/GMC. Worked with Carlos and I have to commend him for his patience and hard work. I am not an easy person to sell to and Carlos went above and beyond to get me into a new GMC Sierra 1500. I respect the way Carlos and his sales team conduct business. I would recommend anyone to ask for Carlos when looking to buy or sell a vehicle. Thanks again Tulley team!

Purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring here last summer and that was a good experience but all my experience with the service department has been horrendous. Not even a month after I purchased the car, my boyfriend and I noticed RUST stains on the back of the car under where the temporary license plates were. We brought the car back and the sales people who were so eager to help us buy the car wanted nothing to do with us so sent us straight to the service department who literally handed me a special sponge and told me to buff it out myself! Today I went in because my Mazda app notified me that there was a "dynamic stability control" issue and the volume knob in my center console had weirdly just popped off recently and wouldn't go back on. The service associate was not only not nice but a bit rude/. He explained that it would cost me $150. for them to even look at the car and that the service crew would be taking their lunch in a few min (WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW ME TO BRING THE CAR IN FOR SERVICE IF IT'S A BAD TIME??). They informed me that it would be $150. no matter what and that that cost would be covered if the stability issue was a manufacturer's defect but not if it was due to a rodent biting through a wire or some other reason. So I was basically taking a $150. gamble...no thanks. The cherry on top was when the service associate handed me my keys back and informed me that if my volume button came off again (he insinuated that I had taken it off myself which I did not) that it would be "$150." If you feel like randomly throwing $150. out the window, swing by. Unreal. UPDATE: The volume button was GLUED back on- NOT what they were supposed to do. It is now stuck and not working. See pics below showing glue. Unbelievable. They will certainly be hearing from me on Monday.

This place is so sketchy. Had services done here once and now I'm getting letters like this. STAY AWAY! Not sure who else they shared my personal information with.

    Hidden Costs

Wanted to get a 30K service done. Asked if I wanted alignment done over text. the cost of approximately $180. I responded via text yes. Waited hours... then gone hit with a Jordan Lawrence fee of $572.06. I'll be looking to get my service elsewhere moving forward.

I understand and accept that dealerships may inspect other items during service, but what followed raised serious concerns for me. I was initially charged $153 for the oil change alone. When I questioned the amount, the service advisor who originally helped me was not available, so other employees assisted me. They immediately looked at each other in confusion and even questioned among themselves why the price was so high. When the original advisor returned and realized what we were discussing, his behavior became noticeably nervous and uncomfortable. I explained that I was already concerned because about a year earlier, my wife had taken the same vehicle to the dealership and was charged close to $500 for a wheel alignment the car supposedly needed. At the time, I believed she had been overcharged. Now, once again, I was facing what appeared to be another excessive charge. In addition to the $153 oil change, I was being quoted over $330 total due to an air filter replacement that they claimed had been damaged by rodents. After I questioned the charges and the unusual pricing was noticed by other employees as well, the advisor suddenly stated that the oil change price was "probably a computer mistake" and said he would adjust it. At that point, I also instructed them not to replace the air filter. In the end, my total bill came down to only $68. That is a massive difference from the original amount I was presented with. This experience left me seriously questioning the honesty and transparency of the service department. It also made me wonder whether the air filter was truly damaged as claimed. After this experience, I now have doubts and concerns about the recommendations being made to customers. I felt it was important to leave this review because the entire situation seemed very strange and unprofessional. Needless to say, I will be reconsidering where I take my vehicle for future service and maintenance.

I brought my 2026 CT5-V in for its first service appointment, which included routine maintenance, an alignment, tire balancing, and a safety recall update. I was initially quoted approximately two hours for the work. Instead, the appointment stretched into nearly five hours, with repeated updates of "another 45 minutes" or "about an hour" only after I checked in myself multiple times. What should have been a straightforward maintenance appointment became a complete disruption to my day. Unfortunately, the delays were only part of the issue. Immediately after leaving the dealership and getting on the highway, it was obvious the alignment and tire balance were off. I scheduled another appointment for a few days later at 7:30 AM, hoping for a quick first-in, first-out resolution. After arriving, the vehicle sat untouched for at least 30 minutes, and after roughly two more hours of waiting, I was told the car had only been "test driven" and that no issue could be found. I was then asked to ride with a technician, who acknowledged during the drive that the vehicle was in fact pulling slightly to the left. However, after returning to the dealership, I was told by the service advisor that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, the technician had done everything correctly the first time, and the car would not be put back on the alignment machine or have the tire balance rechecked. Still experiencing the issue, I contacted another GM service department. Within a short time, they found that all four tires were out of balance and that the front-left alignment was off, directly causing the vehicle to drift left at highway speeds. What frustrated me most was not just the original issue, but the repeated dismissal of a legitimate concern despite clear symptoms and confirmation during the test drive itself. Between the communication, time management, and unwillingness to properly re-evaluate the vehicle, this was by far one of the most disappointing dealership service experiences I have had. Pictures show the corrections the other dealership had to make.

Most modern vehicles never reach the mileage limits required to fully benefit from the package, making it far less valuable than advertised. When my BMW X5's engine oil warning light came on, my husband called ahead, explained the situation, and scheduled an appointment specifically for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told the service wasn't covered and was asked to pay an additional $120. Absolutely not. We had already purchased an oil change package, yet they found a reason not to honor it when we actually needed service. To make matters worse, after I took the time to bring the vehicle in and wait, they didn't even top off the oil as a courtesy. The issue isn't just the extra charge--it's the lack of transparency and customer care. If you value honest business practices and good service, I recommend taking your business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Positives: Beautiful jeep in stock, willing to negotiate, close service center. They have a…read morerunner service to register and get plates; it was just over a week when the plates were available for pick up. Negatives: Sales reps are not very knowledgeable on the jeep's functionality, add ons/upgrades, etc and rather than look something up, would just say "no, it doesn't have that". Also, the first rep would not allow a test drive on the highway. I would never purchase a car without driving it on a highway. Got home, looked up a few things, and after realizing the reps were wrong on the upgrades, had a second visit. This rep was much more helpful, pleasant and willing to research what he didn't know. He also had no issues with a highway test drive. It was a 5 hour process before we signed on the dotted line. This was AFTER already negotiating the final price with the manager the day before. It seemed every application, information form, etc, was from scratch, and each required a 30-60 minute wait before the next process could begin, often having errors which required correction. We were offered complimentary water but no other snacks or ways to pass the time. The after market upsell was uncomfortable. Way too hard-sell and frankly, the tactics were just insulting. I felt like I was in a scene of Glen Garry glen ross. About 2 hours in, the manager was running around the dealership having customers ring a cowbell announcing another sale. I told him we were still waiting on paperwork, but he wanted me to ring the bell anyway. Awkward drawing attention from others inside the dealership, then waiting another 3 hours for the actual sale to be final. Once everything was signed, we were given the spare key. It was in a bag. I'm glad we looked at the fob inside the bag, as they gave us the key to a different jeep. Somehow the original key was then misplaced and it took a 30 minute hunt around the dealership to find it. We used AI to review the initial terms. Im glad we did. The monthly payment was incorrectly calculated (not in our favor). The manager shrugged and said he just types the numbers in and the computer program calculates the monthly payment. The actual loan documents are screen only, so you have to read the managers screen and agree to your signature rather than get a hard copy. We just took a photo of each of the screens and AI was able to read and process from there, but were told it was not possible to get a generic hard copy version of the agreement. AI did bring up a few things we needed to be clear on, as well as note one of the documents was page 1 of 12, but the other 11 pages were missing. Manager apologized and located the remaining 11 and printed them out. Using AI can be uncomfortable, but it absolutely added value during this process and recommended some questions we would not have thought of asking on our own.

We had to demand temporary plates while they figured out their mess. The sales manager is pushy and sneaky. They continued to try to trick us into paying more than the advertised price. When I repeatedly called them out on it, they started making endless jokes at my expense about being "tough, difficult, a pit bull." The jokes continued every time we had to go back to their dealership. I don't think they appreciated a woman calling them out on their deceiving tactics. I know they have a reputation for super slow service here, but appointments for freon refills should be same day. Even though I knew that my car just needed freon, I was being charged a comprehensive diagnosis fee of over $200. After waiting 2 hours to hear that my car was out of freon like I told them, they then wanted to charge me over $540 to fill it! Despite the fact that I know I can get it for a fraction of that price at a different provider two towns awat, at least I got the comprehensive diagnostic, right?... WRONG! I asked if there was a leak in my system and they had no idea because they don't diagnose that until after the freon is filled?! So why did I pay over $200 for a comprehensive diagnostic report when zero diagnostics were done? No test results OF ANY KIND were given to me or emailed either. I told them there was no freon and I was right... Shouldn't you pay me $200 for doing your job? I bought this car at Best Ford and it's clear that they don't backup the quality of their service. Then because I wouldn't be able to make it back to pick up my car before closing, they have a lockbox system so I could grab my keys to get my car without waiting 2 days for them to open again. But I didn't get the lockbox code texted to me like the rep said I would get right away because he admitted that he accidentally sent it to the wrong phone number! So my lockbox code with my car keys was sent to someone else who could have easily shown up, grabbed my keys and stolen my car and the belongings inside of it. All because the rep was careless with my personal information and too lazy to change the code to something other than 0001! So the problem that I made an appointment for was not fixed, I paid over $200 to have a 4-hour inconvenience on my one day off work and it put my personal property in danger.... I should just challenge the credit card charge because I literally received absolutely no product or service. Let's see how they like processing fees getting raised if I don't get my refund.
