For a few years, I had a regular house cleaning service come every 3-4 weeks. But then I moved, and my old cleaner wasn't traveling to the new area. I used Yelp to look at 8-9 different house cleaning providers in the area, read all of the reviews, asked about prices, etc. I found that Ana's Detailed House Cleaning presented as the best option for me: prices were reasonable, ratings and reviews indicated they did good work and had been doing it for quite a few years, and above all else they were very responsive over Yelp's messaging service. While I did see a few 1 and 2-star ratings, after reading those reviews I found most of them to be weird complaints from years and years ago. They're not indicative of current service. The promptness and attentiveness, combined with being intentional about explaining their services and answering questions in a reasonable amount of time, showed to me they were taking their work seriously. I started with a Deep Cleaning, which was just finished today. They did a great job. They caught little issues other house cleaners have ignored (dust under the fridge, for example) and went above and beyond to make the beds in a nice and well-presented manner. Got a deep cleaning from Rosa's team- they were thorough and did a great job! The only hiccup was that Rosa had quoted me the regular cleaning price estimate ($170) rather than the deep cleaning price ($295), but it still came in under the estimate of the other place I checked (Spectacular Housekeeping), so it was just a good deal rather than a great one. They clean very superficial not really a good job, they will spend at the most 2 hours and my house is 1400 sf no way they can do a good job in that time , they are lazy and complicated to deal with as they don't want you to tell them what to do, if fact they will only take orders from the person who sends them even if you have them at your home in that particular moment, they are liars to their so called boss, it is either their way or no way, also they take pictures and video of you home without your permission which makes me concern of the use of that material, violating the privacy right that each of us have the right. Your employees took pictures and video directed by you without my previous permission and that's ilegal under California law. 2.
