Very disappointed with Ana's to do a move in/ move out cleaning. Estimated time was 4-7 hours and the 2 ladies left just after 3 hours of cleaning (I thought this was because they were efficient but I was wrong). I had to point out several obvious areas (cobwebs, vents, etc.) that they missed before they left. I later discovered that other areas that were missed throughout the house. Wish ZERO stars was an option. EXTREMELY overpriced. Cannot even believe it. I was excited to use them, but I was met with a $600 estimate for a well kept house, and only requesting 1/2 of it to be cleaned (1 bedroom, 3 bathrooms and the kitchen). I've used other housekeepers over the years and NEVER in my life paid over $200 (for a deep cleaning and even then that was for the entire 3,000sq feet!) It was SHOCKING And Ana was rude, it took quite a bit of back and forth before I even got a price. And when I told her $600 was absurd she respond "ok..." She clearly couldn't be bothered and I will not be taken advantage of by a thief. I also reached out to a few ppl who commented rather positive reviews asking the price they paid, all 4 I got responses from were for more rooms (I only requested a total of 5 rooms cleaned) were charged 1/2 of what they told me. So they CLEARLY assumed since the area the house was to be cleaned in could afford. Be weary, they clearly will try to price gouge you. *** I added this after her reply below. It took 4 emails asking the same question to get a price and it's less than 50% of the home and you are a thief. I have spoken with multiple people about your company now. Even your response is extremely rude. Everyone who replied to me paid LESS then $300. You have NO idea the state or size of the home and you clearly DONT want the work or you would have paid attention to the questions. Do not remotely insult me re the pandemic, my job was closed by the state for over a year, and I lost numerous friends and family to the virus. You are taking advantage. But good to know you read the Yelp reviews. I have already shared this review in numerous other places and been told others have had the same issue. And as someone who comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and business owners, the look of you being SO quick to insult someone who is upset (you could have replied to my initial email response to the price with something other than "...ok" (which is exactly what you said and unprofessional) perhaps "well let's go over why it may be that much" (which you're CLEARLY able to do since you took the time to write out in a response here....yet you were rude and then ignored me...) or "perhaps we can make adjustments to what your asking to be cleaned if that price seems high". There were so many options you could have chosen that would have at least ended in mutual respect, even if I didn't end up using you it could have been a positive experience. You clearly have NO idea how to deal with customers and your business will remain at the level it's at because you don't have the ability to do so. And the purpose of Yelp is to better understand customers positive AND negative views and better your company, and for people to share their experiences. The price was very reasonable and the staff has a good system of checking in with Rosa with photos when there's any question of price based on the condition of the unit or an add-on to be cleaned once they arrive. Ana has not failed a single day and in the rare occasions in which she has had to change the time that she arrives at the house she always tell us in advance (text messaging! yay!). While they are at your place they are super focused working and are extremely professional. What is more, when we started with their service, we had just bought our first house, a very old and charming one, and so I really appreciate how caring with our space and our things they have been. Ana told me the first day we met that she knows how hard it is to get your own house and care for it and it shows in the way she makes sure not only that the house is clean but that nothing is damaging it! For instance, she saw that one of our baskets-made of natural fiber- in the kitchen was growing mold and immediately told us, since it was damaging the stainless steel shelf.
