I've used Professional Eco Cleaning a few times in the past for regular house deep clean when I've needed help. They have always been reliable and provided a great service for a great price. I initially reached out because I was in need of a company that uses toxic free products. I have bad allergies and cannot do any strong chemicals in the house. Their team come equipped each time with really great products that are strong enough to do the job that smell amazing! Because of their work in the past when I needed to book a last minute move out deep clean I immediately reached out to them. I was under a tight deadline, reached out on a Saturday and got booked for that Wednesday. I was so happy and relieved that the team responded quickly and get me booked in time. They just left my house and there is literally dirt everywhere. They broke a $40 glass and I'm finding broken glass all over the floor! How do you not pick up broken glass?! It is laughable how bad of a job they did! They even walked in the house with their dirty shoes. I wiped the floor after they left and the paper towel was black. They don't deserve to be in business. Update: The company sent a second team to rectify the situation. The second team came and still left a mess. They threw all the rugs, including the bathroom mats on our bed and pillows, gross. The pictures I posted were taken after the second team left and we still had so much debris still on the floor. Unbelievably terrible. We have been using their services for a biweekly cleaning since May of this year and we are continually impressed. A team of two comes in and they work quickly and efficiently. They will provide a list of the areas they will clean and you can ask for additional services if needed. They are always responsive to feedback and go above and beyond to make sure your house feels like a home. I have used them twice. Very good customer service, easy to schedule. They show up on time, two at a time. They take Visa and MasterCard and stuff which is nice, as well as cash if you prefer. They do a good job but not amazing. I feel the price is a little high for the quality of the work. Reallllllllly wish I had done a full walkthrough of the house before the cleaning team left. There were spots that were NOT cleaned that we specifically asked be deep cleaned. The amount we paid to still see and feel dust is completely unacceptable. Door frames were still dusty, bathroom shelves weren't thoroughly cleaned and there was a complete lack of thoroughness. This is a late review as I didn't get my internet setup in my new place until recently. But the extra week gave me more time to find out how undetailed their work is. I chose this cleaning company purely because of the good review on Yelp, but they really could have done better in many aspects. Firstly, they are late for an hour without early notice. I didn't get email or message until I called them after a 30-min wait. Secondly, the two ladies seem to work hard, but really not detailed nor productive at all. My house is fairly clean as our contractor already did a simple cleaning and we had no furniture moved in yet. So the whole house is basically empty and all the appliances, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom vanities are brand new. I left to do some erronds and came back in an hour, they were still vacuuming my wood floor and cleaning my two brand new vanities...... I trusted them that they might have their own pace, but they proved me wrong. At the end of my 2.5 hours cleaning service, I randomly checked a few spots before I paid them and only one spot was clean. Of course they cleaned it up for me before I made the payment. As I moved in and started to put my stuff in place, I found 1) None of window sill in the bedroom was clean. 2) A half window screen was clean and the rest screens are not touched by them at all 3) The entire kitchen pantry shelves were dusty and no touched. 4) All the closet shelves in the bedrooms were dusty and no touched. I don't leave comments often, but they really disappointed me and I highly recommend those whom is reading their positive reviews to take it with a grain of salt. At the end I have to point out that I do very appreciate they offered me a discount because my contractor already did a simple cleaning after the remodeling and there were no furniture or dirty appliances or dirty bathrooms to clean. The lady I spoke to for appointment scheduling was nice and patient. She even gave me an additional 10% discount because I wanted them to clean the place I am moving out from when it is ready. wow, so grateful for Professional Eco Cleaning! the process was fantastic from beginning to end. their operations manager Tiffany responded FAST to my request for an estimate via email. quick responses to answer any questions. I requested unscented products - 90% of their products were already unscented, and they made an adjustment for us. they got us in for a deep clean THE NEXT AFTERNOON! Santos & Gricelda cleaned our 1-bdrm apartment. there was trouble finding parking downtown (we all know how hard it is) - they did not hesitate to let us know right away they may be a bit late. they worked extremely fast, much faster and cleaner than if we were to do it on our own. they even found storage spots for large items we had laying around because we couldn't get it to fit anywhere. my partner and I looked at the result and said it felt cleaner than when we first moved here! 10/10 will definitely work with them again in the future! read more

I recently hired Professional Eco Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning of my new home. Not only did they respond back quickly to my request for a quote, but they also had the most reasonable pricing. Booking was super easy also with the help of Denisse, their Operations Manager. Two days prior to my cleaning appointment Denisse confirmed with me they would be showing up as planned. The day of two cleaners showed up right on time! I showed them around the house and also asked them to clean a sink in a shed I have in my backyard. They quoted to me it would take about 2 1/2 hours to clean everything so I left them to it and ran some errands. When I returned 2 hours later they were already finished and had locked up my house for me! After inspecting everything the house was shining and spotless - they even cleaned the floors in my shed! Someone from their office called and left me a message with the final price (less than quoted since the job didn't take as long as they initially thought they needed). Professional Eco Cleaning did a final deep clean for my apartment the day of moving out. After a year of living with a big dog, sheltering in place, and dealing with a backyard that is dusty to the extent that it covers the interior on a regular basis, this crew did amazing at making the place look brand new. They did take longer than estimated, but I wasn't charged for the extra effort and time. There was a structural issue with the apartment that the cleaning revealed and the landlord held me accountable for. It was truly no one's fault, but Professional Eco Cleaning made it right almost immediately. This is truly a stand up business and I would certainly recommend them, as well as use them again (if they'll have me)! The same can't be said for my landlord, though. read more

Overall they did a great job for the deep cleaning! The floors and stove hood were scrubbed better than what our regular cleaner did. There were some details missed by the staff cleaner, but the lead cleaner was accommodating and addressed the issues right away. The reason why we have *not continued* with them for recurring services is because of the policies and pricing model--it doesn't make sense and is very restrictive. The monthly rate is very similar to the deep cleaning rate. Their validation for the monthly rate assumes that the longer wait requires more cleaning. Okay, so then why is the weekly rate almost 80% of the monthly rate? If you're cleaning more often, thus, cleaning less dirt, shouldn't the weekly rate be waaaay less than the monthly fee? In addition to that, if you for some reason cancel without advance notice and can't reschedule within 2 weeks, there's a penalty fee. I get that all the policies are to ensure equal pay for staff, but strange prices and restrictions just doesn't fit for a long-term contractor-customer relationship. read more

The ladies that came through to clean the house were so accommodating and so sweet and did an excellent job with the deep clean. Most things were sparkling clean. The job they did on the bathtub was incredible. The only real issue we had was that they didn't clean around the toilets, but for the most part everything was clean. My real issue is that I've been trying to reach them all week to set up another appointment. They called me back once at 8:30am that I missed, but otherwise I've had emails and follow up phone calls unreturned. I found this business on Yelp and decided to try them out! I moved out of my apartment and needed a deep cleaning before handing the keys back to the owner. The were able to schedule me in on my preferred day and gave me a good time frame. The ladies showed up on time and immediately started working. They told me it would take about 2 hours and that's when they finished. I needed them to pay extra attention to the kitchen and stove, and the stove looked brand new when they finished! This cleaning company is an offshoot of Home Green Home in San Francisco and operates by the same principles of being worker owned cooperative and using only eco-friendly/green cleaning products. Both mattered to us, the latter in particular because we have a small child. We recently moved from San Francisco to Berkeley and were prior customers of Home Green Home who referred us to Professional Eco Cleaning. We were interested in a move-in deep cleaning and then regular bi-weekly cleanings. Anahi, Itzel and Abiff run a most professional operation. They did a great job with the pre-move-in deep clean. All the cabinets, drawers, oven, fridge, floors, bathrooms,... were spotless. Since then we've had them every other week and they really do a nice job. The floors are very important for us, as we don't wear shoes in the house, and they really have paid special attention to them. There hasn't been a single issue or concern since we started with them about two months ago. Their email support with Abiff is also quite responsive and email has been a very efficient way to communicate with them. They accept payment via Venmo which was also a plus; it's easy and instant. They send out a professional invoice after every service promptly. Rates are competitive and the people are very friendly. Everything from the quote process, to the actual service, was great. I filled out my inquiry form on Google sheets and they sent me an email right away with the estimate for my apartment.
