I've made several appointments with this salon many times. I live 35 min away from it and still come up here because I believe they cared about customers. I'm getting engagement pictures done this weekend and I booked an appointment at 10 am. I walked in and the mom was ready to start my pedicure. The owner just say there. I told her I made this appointment a week in advance because I was getting these pictures taken. She told me she couldn't do my nails. How do I take engagement photos without my nails done? It was really disappointing that they didn't understand what I needed. And that I drove 35 min just to get my nails done only to find out they can't do it. Lately this is there trend. I'm always so polite to them. I tip really really well. I don't even understand why I am not valued or cared about anymore there. I don't think I can come here anymore. And that's a shame. read more

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I came in for a pedicure. It was very basic with no massage, which is my second favorite part!. The lady cut my big toe nails down to the pink and cut one of the toes. She did put Neosporin on it but wow does it hurt! I got a French Manicure and it looks terrible. Got a manicure and a facial. Older lady did my manicure and she cut my nails way too short. They hurt!! Worst manicure ever. However, the facial was one of the best ever!! It was done by the younger woman. It isnt fancy like at a day spa, but you also arent paying day spa prices, too. The products were great and I left feeling really good about the facial! No red or puffiness. My fingers still hurt from how short she cut my nails and how much cuticle trimming she did. read more

Let me start off saying my nails came out good. Not the best gel French tip I've ever had but good. However... while I was waiting the mom was doing this girls nails right next to me. And this girl said "ouch" like 3x and the mom just gave her a dirty look and then when she saw me staring said sorry. This happened again later once I got my nails by the daughter the mom did it to an elderly lady. I'm assuming she's not gentle. When it comes to me SOMETHING got in my gel nail. And I noticed it as soon as it happened. It came from the brush she used to clean up the French tip. So I wasn't angry but I brought it to her attention before I put it in the uv light so she can fix it. And she stares at me angry and says that's why I told you to not move your hand. I calmly told her that's not me thats from your brush. And she goes no I can't fix it that's why I said don't move your hand. I was pissed to say the least. And then the tools were not clean. I did not see her clean them after she used them on me and when she took out the tool to shine and buff the nails I clearly could see it had been used. And when I said this she tells me no it's clean. Wtf!? Anyways hopefully I don't catch anything. Wanted to give this place a chance. But i am never going back. read more

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This place is a joke. The lady suggested that I start with a new set instead of getting a fill and offered to take them off for $3. I said I would do it myself, as I do it quick and more painlessly then they have done It in the past. I asked for a few minutes to do it. She then disappeared and after 20 minutes of me just sitting there, she refused to do my nails because it made her SAD as a technician that I chose to take off my own nails! Seriously??? So.. I have taken my daughter here before to have her nails done since they have the kids spa chair. They did an awful job on my nails, so I decided I wouldn't be going back for myself. But for my 3 year old, it was a fun experience since nowhere else around has the small chairs. Anyway, so I take my daughter in there on 01/31/20 for her 4th birthday. There were 2 women working, no clients in there at the time. The immediately refused to do my daughters nails stating that she was too young. I talked to them for a minute and explained that she's been there before and goes to other places quite often to have her nails painted. They finally agreed to do it and asked her to sit at the table. I told them that she wanted to sit at the kids spa chair, they absolutely REFUSED. I old them that I have pictures of her in the chair before and they refused to even respond back to me. I tried showing them the pictures and they both acted like I wasn't even there anymore. It was hands down the weirdest and rudest experience of my life. They didn't have customers so idk if they were just lazy or if this place is a cover for something else.. I have no idea. But they are rude and do a terrible job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
