I finally was able to come in and I was very pleasantly pleased! It is a much smaller shop than I am used to, but it was great. There are only two ladies that work there, so they DO NOT take appointments. The lady that did my nails was great. Very kind and sweet. She took her time. She gave my nails great length and shape! I asked her for a color I saw on a picture and she added a little flair for me. I can honestly say that I don't have a single complaint about this place. I Love my nails, the design was perfect! I'm here visiting California and jst happens to stay at the Marriot around the corner and I was looking for a nail salon to get my fill. I chose my color and it was too light so Ana picked out jst the right nude pink for me. I also wanted a black and white design w some glitter and they turned out perfect. When she was done w my nails she asked if I wanted more bling bling I said sure, boy I am over the moon that I went in today. Very horrible job and experience. She is very over priced and her work is not done well. I payed for a full set with about the size medium with no gel for$30 . The price wasn't the problem but the fact that these nails didn't even last me a week. They all broke off because of how thin they were. I don't recommend this place to anyone! There are 2 people doing nails and you want me to wait for you two to finish who you are working on to start two more and then you can get to me. I left. The person said sorry half heartily. The owner who did my manicure went ahead and removed my previous acrylic which was done very poorly and replaced them and did a design which I never do but she was so talented I asked for one! I've made several appointments with this salon many times. I live 35 min away from it and still come up here because I believe they cared about customers. I'm getting engagement pictures done this weekend and I booked an appointment at 10 am. I walked in and the mom was ready to start my pedicure. The owner just say there. I told her I made this appointment a week in advance because I was getting these pictures taken. She told me she couldn't do my nails. How do I take engagement photos without my nails done? It was really disappointing that they didn't understand what I needed. And that I drove 35 min just to get my nails done only to find out they can't do it. Lately this is there trend. I'm always so polite to them. I tip really really well. I don't even understand why I am not valued or cared about anymore there. I don't think I can come here anymore. And that's a shame. read more

I've been coming in this place for the last 3 years. They're the best and the price is good. They take their time to do your nails. Very clean they have their gadgets in a sanitized bag every customers get new sanitized tools. So you know you won't get any germs in this place. I brought my Mom, Dad, sisters, and my 3 daughters. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. I came in for a pedicure. It was very basic with no massage, which is my second favorite part!. The lady cut my big toe nails down to the pink and cut one of the toes. She did put Neosporin on it but wow does it hurt! I got a French Manicure and it looks terrible. Got a manicure and a facial. Older lady did my manicure and she cut my nails way too short. They hurt!! Worst manicure ever. However, the facial was one of the best ever!! It was done by the younger woman. It isnt fancy like at a day spa, but you also arent paying day spa prices, too. The products were great and I left feeling really good about the facial!
