I have finally found the best nail place, I'm super thrilled! I almost didn't post a review to try to keep it a secret since it doesn't get crazy busy like other places. But I had to share because the girls do an amazing job here, they're super sweet, take their time and most important never cut me. Everyone was really friendly & welcoming. The place overall was on the dingy side = not dirty, dirty, but could really use a deep cleaning. I chose a color for my pedicure & was asked if I wanted gel; I said no & lady went to get regular polish. The color she brought didn't look what I chose but she told me the difference was that it wasn't gel & once on it would look like the sample. Well, no, it didn't. I've been going to this place for years and I've always left satisfied with my nails! I naturally have long nails but always struggle keeping them strong. That's when I switched to dip powder because that's what they recommended for me. Ever since that recommendation I haven't changed! I was there today and for a simple full set square(small) I was charged $43 which to me seemed a lot for something simple, there was no prices posted anywhere and I asked before starting he said he wasn't able to give me price until he was done. When paying I asked again and she(the lady who charged me) couldn't give me a breakdown of price all she gave me was a total amount, I don't think they really knew because kept looking at a notebook for prices. And not only me but also my friend who was there with me had this same issue. Overall service was great it was empty so there's weren't rushed. I do recommend posting the prices up to avoid confusion By the way guy who did my nails was great(older guy with glasses) , I'm not giving negative feedback because he did do a good a job. read more

**WARNING: do NOT get the older lady to do your nails (don't know her name) she will absolutely ruin your fingers, even though she does take her time and is attentive. This review is for a regular manicure. First off the atmosphere is bright and airy and is comfortable with relaxing instrumental calming music - the only positive thing about this place. I got the oldest nail technician there. I wish I had one of the younger women. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. How this place has more than 1 star for nails is beyond me. I didn't get the name of the lady who did my nails, but she needs to be properly trained on how to paint nails and trim cuticles. My cuticles still hurt hours later. FIRST, she pushed my cuticles back really hard. Then SHE FREAKING FILES MY NAILS SO HARD. The grit on the nail file is VERY VERY rough and she just SANDS away my nails so roughly that I thought my nails were going to thin out. I had to tell her to stop, but she doesn't understand English, so I had to tell another girl to tell her to freaking stop. She calmed down with the filing a bit after that. NEXT, dear lord, this woman does NOT know how to use a cuticle clipper. Instead of cutting the cuticles, she freaking PULLS and TUGS on them to rip them away. What the hell, does she not know how the tool works?!?!?!?!?!? ITS A CLIPPER. My fingers hurt, it was torturous. It get better folks. When I told them what nail color I wanted, they had the audacity to say "No, that doesn't look good, how about this one?". First of all, how dare you tell a customer that a color they pick is not good. We pay and we know what we want, so your job is to paint whatever color we want. Lo and behold, the nail polish was clumpy and old, and instead of saying that it's old, pick a different color (which I would've been fine doing), she PUTS NAIL POLISH REMOVER in the bottle (which is a big NO NO) to thin it out and paints my nails with it. Also, she did a HORRIBLE paint job on my nails, where it was streaky and blotchy. I was so pissed, but just sat in silence. She needs to be retrained or fired. Although she was a nice lady. One of the younger girls came in to check on my nails before I left, and I told her the older lady didn't do a good job and she used old nail polish. That the younger girl put a fresh coat of new topcoat on my nails which made them look bearable. All in all, yes, they were all nice and sweet, but WASTE OF MONEY and TERRIBLE JOB by the nail technician. Never coming back here again. read more

I came in 20 minutes before they closed. Even called in to make sure it was okay. Lady was nice over the phone so I thought it'd be an alright experience. Soon as I arrive they put me in a chair to wait for someone to finish up. The Women Keep asking what color I want to pick, rushing me. They weren't even painting my nails yet. I guess the one painting didn't understand I was still choosing. So the "Boss Lady" comes and rushes me again saying "you want white pick hurry" or "what number you want" over and over. Lastly, as the lady was doing my pedicure she dropped one of the tools. And I asked her to change it out. They all rush over like something happened. I told her to change it and she said "Oh Okay Sorry Baby" . Now they are fixing the pedicure because they did neon with no white coat underneath. That's how I know they are rushing as well. By the third coat my toes looked see through and horrible. Now the owner is fixing my toes I assume I will never come back here honestly not worth the stop by. Only came here because other shops were about to close. The chairs and bath for the feet are not cleaned and gross. She tried to put my feet in with no bag. That was the last straw. They tried to tell me the color would come out different because I asked for the white coat underneath. But many nails salons I've went to told me themselves before I even asked for white. My nails look way better now, but still not all that. read more

Their work is usually about average or less than average. I'd gotten a fill here before but the gel started to chip a few days after. Then I only came here for pedicures because it's hard to mess up a pedicure. The last pedicure I got from them was chipped after a week and a half when other pedicures from other places had lasted a month without chipping. The prices are cheap but I'd rather go somewhere else and spend a few more bucks for a gel pedicure that lasts. read more

I hate to be this customer, but this place was terrible ! I went in yesterday to get my nails done by Jenny , which is appointment only now btw and she did a horrible job on my nails . I asked her to do oval/almond, I even showed her this exact pic (left side with french tip) the only thing I asked to change was the overal nail color to white and she did this weird shape (my nails on the right). I'm sorry but this was so ugly I was so dissapointed I felt like ripping them off. I'm so embarrassed to even have them on rn the pedicure was bad too, the only good thing I can say she did was she gave a great foot massage . This place is very clean. It seems as though they have regular customers, so that's a good sign for me. The have facials, waxing and spa chairs when getting mani/pedi. If they're busy, they'll ask you to come back, but they will save your spot. They have free WiFi, if that's something that you're interested in having while getting pampered. BEWARE! Jenny just remodeled her place and although it looks great she brought in some new technicians that will leave you less that DISATISFIED! Particularly Daisy! I'm extremely disappointed as, I too was one of those customers that raved about the wonderful work Jenny has the capacity for. Unfortunately she has become LAZY and has decided that as a customer, I should just let them give me whatever they want even though I'M paying for the service. The ridiculousness of this whole ordeal is because I asked for square nails instead of round and they insisted on round! It continued with Jenny trying to convince me that my nails have to be round because they're short! She's been doing my nails for a while and never has she made my nails round because they are short. FOR THE RECORD, My nails were long and she filed them that short! This is crazy! I'm appalled that this kind of establishment exists in our community. Jenny, If you are thinking of downgrading your customer service, I strongly recommend that you move to another city! DON'T LET SWEET JENNY FOOL YOU! We were there yesterday. Gosh this place is a rip off. We (my daughter and I) asked for nails and a pedicure. I guess they were in such a rush to close they did a lousy job. But we're not shy about charging us $80! We didn't even get nails. She didn't even have to cut my nails they were already short. We wanted nails but she took it upon herself to decide for a simple manicure and nail polish. But even that was lousy. They already look as I need a refill to nails I don't have! Because she didn't put the polish all the way to the end of the nail. I WILL NEVER, ever return to this place. My mother and I have been here a few times now, and the staff is wonderful. Their pricing is excellent, they do great work, they're very kind, it's all good! We've had everything from pedicures to gel manicures and my mom had her hair and eyebrows done there as well, all with excellent results. The main reason that I'm writing this review is because there is a negative review listed that's clearly fake (check out the person's account, 3 1 star reviews for beauty salons seems a little fishy to me...) .
