Hello, I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent nail service. My nails were glued on crooked, and the acrylic application looks bulky and uneven. I pointed this out to the technician who did my nails and asked if they could be fixed. She said she would file them straight, but after filing, they were still visibly crooked. Because of this issue, I chose to switch from my original French tip valentines design to a plain pink color, hoping it would make the crookedness less noticeable. I did show the technician my original design a couple times before I switched to the plain pink color instead and mentioned multiple times--both during the service and the night before--that my nails were crooked and needed to be corrected. When I later asked if French tips could be added (as that was my original design), I was told I would be charged an additional $15. I found this unfair since the reason I changed the design in the first place was due to the crooked application, which was never properly fixed despite me raising the concern several times. I'm disappointed with the outcome and the lack of resolution, especially after communicating the issue repeatedly. I would appreciate a solution, whether that's a correction, partial refund, or another reasonable resolution. Thank you for your time

I would definitely come back and test out their skills with designs and see if this will be my new usual nail salon.

I've been coming to this nail salon for years now, and Andy and Kim are both fantastic. Kim has been doing my nails for the past few months, and I couldn't be happier with how they turn out every time. Angel, the owner, is so welcoming, kind, and always responsive. The salon is in as fancy as most I do wish the tubs for the feet did more Water movement or jets... Because I always enjoy that part this was just more of a standing tub. I am absolutely in love with my gel-x set from Angel's Nails Spa! I decided to try this place on a whim, as my preferred spot didn't have availability. Thankfully, they accepted same day appointments and I was immediately taken care of by Tammy. The salon is small and quaint; it also wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. From observing her meticulous application and attention to detail, I can tell she is very seasoned at her work. I can't stop looking at my nails and can't wait to be back, potentially to try their haircut or waxing services! read more

I was looking for a new place to get a nice gel manicure. I found this place and came in as a walk in. The staff took me in right away. I was there to just get a gel manicure even though I needed a pedicure as well. (I forgot to bring my sandals). The nail tech (I think her name was Kristi), said they could provide sandals for me if I wanted a pedicure as well. Awesome. Both ladies were so nice and asked me how I was enjoying their work. My nails and feet came out wonderful. I even had them do some Christmas designs on my nails which were very nice. A few days in, I accidentally messed up the polish on my thumbs. I chipped the polish. So I came back in to ask the lady who did my nails before if she could fix them. She did, and they were good as new. I will definitely be back to this nail salon for their warm hospitality and great service. read more

Friendly service, VERY affordable prices. The salon is not very clean, no frills, so don't expect anything fancy. Terrible mani done by a gentleman- it was lumpy and uneven and five nails chipped the next day! Pedi was very good and done by a very nice woman. Update - the gentleman who did my mani wasn't the best, but the manager called me and she offered to redo it for free. Very appreciated! Thank you. read more

Came in this morning just to be encounter with 2 rude ladies that works there i ask for just a callous removal and foot scub as I was just there last week to do a pedicure by Liam the ladies said no do a pedicure and they talk among themselves talking shit as if I didn't know...I also told them I need to remove these acrylics and do a new gel set, mind you only 2 customer there this morning, there are 3 of them the 2 older women are rude, this was my go to place for a long time, the owner is sweet but these ladies are rude ASF. They told me to come back I said SURE... you lost a long term customer after those remarks. read more

Just moved in the area and even though this is located in a small stretch of business I tried it out and it's amazing! Took me in both times after having to change appointments. I can show them a picture and they automatically say yes and have no questions. Top points for me is I always feel some nails salons talk about decisions I make on my nails and they don't, rarely converse with each other, fully focused on you. Definitely recommend Kristen! read more

I've been coming here faithfully for almost 2 years, I love the owner she's so sweet and the nail techs are friendly but the prices are so inconsistent! Today Im not happy and I feel like I was taken advantage of, I usually pay anywhere from $80-120 for my nails and I always get a design, but today I wanted to save money so I asked for just a regular full set, NO DESIGN, NO SHAPE, NO POLISH. This is JUST POWDER on a square nail & I was charged 80 bucks 3 weeks ago I paid $80 for the same dip powder off the shelf, A nice Design and shape but I can't remember the ladies name. Today I am sooooo disappointed that Q would charge me $80 dollars for this and have my nails looking crazy. I don't like giving bad reviews but I am so shocked. And I don't Know if or when I'll be coming back. :( read more

This review was written during the pandemic when salons were first allowed open (but I never posted, it's been a draft for over a year). The salon is very cramped - there is minimal space between pedicure chairs. They do have plexiglass in between each chair, though. All clients and staff were wearing masks. I had longer wait than I should have had with an appointment. The pedicure was ok. read more

I absolutely loved my set. They came out so beautifully kim did a wonderful job. The staff is so sweet and friendly and everybody makes you feel so comfortable. Kim is very attentive to detail and has great communication with you when doing your nails to make sure that you love the outcome. Horrible. Paid 125$ for this?!? Straight a rip off. I'm literally so upset. 50$ for a pedicure and 75$ for some shitty nails. Definitely not worth my money. Very upset and would like a refund. I had been coming here for the past 2-3 years, but lately their service and quality has downgraded. Yesterday was the tipping point. For starters, they had me wait in a massage chair (turned out to be an hour wait if not more). Keep in mind they didn't turn on the water to soak my feet or turn the massage chair on. To make matters worse, once they started my pedicure, the gentleman cut me. He kept having to apply pressure for a good 5-10 minutes. Cherry on the top, my gel manicure was also done....with a bunch of dried gel on my fingers. The worst experience! Save your money and stay away from this place. read more

Two stars for everything. Not very clean. Workers are busy talking smack about their clients in Vietnamese. I hate nail salons like this. My thirty minutes there wasn't really worth it. I felt i was being judge based on what i wore entire time. They always push gel so they can charge extra. I wanted regular polish and the color i picked wasn't even available so she offered a similar shade. However i didn't even get the squeaky clean feeling before polish application. She didn't bother to remove stuff in edge of my big toes. Overall I won't be returning to this place. read more

Kim hooked up my nails! But they came with a hefty price tag. Trust me though she did a fabulous job and she sees all that other nail techs skip over. I loved that she saw where to shape them and made them look "natural." Got the French tip acrylic gel polish on the nails. My daughter got hers done by Liam. They looked soo cute! But not even a week later and pinky and index nail broke off. Not sure why but I didn't have time to go back. I like the fact they can do nails really well. Came here for a pedicure. Got the #2, step up from standard. $35 Just realized two days later that the woman who painted my nails didn't put the top clear coat over all the nail, or didn't apply a second coat evenly, on EVERY single nail. so they look pretty awful. Won't be going back. There's also a $2 charge for any credit, debit or money transfer app use. read more

So I was just driving by, and had some spare time so decided to look for a new nail spot around this area. The reviews are on point as this spot knows what they are doing. I went in for a simple new set, and Jack impressed me with the cutest designs. I found a new spot that I'm willing to drive to, even if it's 45 min to an hour drive. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, last minute cancellations like this are highly inconvenient and disruptive. What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

Loving the location and the fact they had the hair she needed was a delight and excitement as she was preparing for a lovely Valentine's/Presidents Day weekend! She just knew everything was falling into alignment. She entered the store, easily found everything she she needed, and due to her research, knew exactly how much her items would cost; taxes and everything included. The clerk rang her up and as my dear friend was just about to go on about her lovely Friday evening, she stopped and look at her receipt in hopes to celebrate how spot on her math would be. But unfortunately, she was stopped in her tracks as she noticed an exuberant additional amount charged over her own calculations. $60 worth of odd charges. She had a "things that make you go hmmm..." moment. My dear friend inquired about the additional charges and was met with what seemed to be "I'mma make some bs up so this lady will get out of my face" energy. My dear friend did not like this and asked for the manager and the clerk responded the manager was busy. Friend asked for the manager's name and the clerk gave it and it was the name of the clerk. Friend asked "Is that you??" The clerk responded "Yes." Friends' mind was blown and her annoyance grew. Friend asked for an explanation of the charges and like most businesses that attempt to take advantage of customers, when it got down to the core of it, the manager couldn't explain the charges and offered a refund to her debit card which would take 7-10 business days. My friend wasn't buying it, demanded an immediate cash refund of the over charges and wasn't leaving until she received it. I don't blame her at all. If you knew my dear friend, you would agree she is a lovely person and definitely not the person to play, scam, lie, cheat, or steal from. It would not be wise. Eventually the "clerk/manager/I accidentally over charged you $60 for some hair" came to her senses and refunded Friend in cash and all was calm. In a time when everyones money has an assignment and very few of us can enjoy luxury let alone have spare time and change to beautify ourselves, the last thing we need in a place as sacred as the beauty supply store, is the mindset and ill-political strategies of "wanna-be" oligarchs. This really ain't the time to be messing with anyone, especially women when it's time to get our hair done. This business needs to do better and realize many of us ain't too busy or distracted to read our receipts. This is a warning to them to stop pressing your luck. We're entering a time when buyers are not afraid to report you for fraud. Thank you for coming to my TEDTALK.

I do a lot of weightlifting and am not as gentle with my hands. This time around, the gel builder feels strong and well build. Lin did an AMAZING job and listened to my concerns. She also listened to how I wanted my nails to look - made a super adorable design and reassured me they will last more than 2-3 weeks I'm hopeful about these nails. I didn't rate a 5 star since I just had them done and want to see if they do last as long as mentioned. It was very easy to be seen on the same day. They were quick and efficient. Already made an appt to return for the refill. I'm hopeful. So far love this place. Will be coming back.

I and my friend, we were visiting the Angels hair and nail last month. We were very impressed because not only the salon is so nice and cosy but the people who are working there, they are so nice and respectful. I have done my hair cut and the highlights. Until today is already more than one month, my hair stay still brilliant and the colors stay still perfect. Ivy, the owner, cut and styled my hair and she's so sweet and absolutely great at doing hair. Kim, her sister, did my gel manicure and Tina did my spa pedicure. As soon as I walked in, I felt very welcome and everyone was smiling. The salon is very clean and, this is very important to me, they autoclave their instruments!
