Went today for the first time. two ladies work the whole day and a cute little daughter who helps! This is not the place you go to for for a quick pedi or manicure, but they do an awesome job and take there time which to me is much more appealing! Expect to wait if there are people waiting and making an appointment is probably useless since they go slower. They did a great job on my nails too. I have never given a nail shop a 5 star, this place is an exception! Normally, I consider nail shops a necessary evil. So I'm always on the lookout for a clean, cozy place that knows the importance of good customer service. They even gave me bottle of water which was a nice touch :) They provide high-quality work with attention to detail, didn't try to up-sell (major pet peeve), and they accept credit card. They were also very appreciative of my tip, which was well-deserved! read more

I came here with my daughter and my grandson but the owner is very awful, mean, and shameful.. its a business expect people would come and you would treat them nice and it is not about the money it is about how would you spent time in a place will always make you feel relax and secure. Its the worst place ever i am not just saying this because i have somthing against her but we are all human and you should treat people or your customer with decency not if you dont like something you say it bad to their face just because you own the place. I really tried liking this place but there's a few reasons why I only went once and didn't go back. First off let me start by saying I was a little annoyed when I called in and made an appoint for that day at 5 o'clock. I originally asked for Ana but the lady said she was busy and that she would do them for me . I was like okay I have no other choice since I seen on Yelp it's ran by two women only. I get off work and walk in there at 5 o'clock just to find the only lady in there working on someone else's pedicure. I mentioned to her I called in earlier for an app at 5, she then says "oh yes I'm sorry can you sit and wait 20 minutes ?" I was a little bothered by that because I actually called to make an appointment and then I still had to wait . I was off work already tired so I just sat down and waited. 5 minutes later the daughter Ana walks in and takes me in so I was very happy about that. Ana did my pedicure, did an excellent job, I didn't even feel her working on my toes until she accidentally pinched my skin... she apologized and I was fine I wasn't mad. After she polished my toes I sat on the drying station for about 15 minutes. I put my sandals on and drove off. I went home and I guess the polish on big toe wasn't fully dry because it got messed up. I went back the next day and Ana and her mom were busy and couldn't fix my toe. She then tells me to come back the next day but she was very rude about it. I was upset because I had paid for my service and tipped her good and I was treated like I was bothering her. I didn't go back I polished my own toe with not the same color but close to it so needless to say I was mad that I had a different colored toe I made it work but it was frustrating. It really sucks that they only have 2 people working they should get more people or at least an extra set of hand to help out . People don't have that much time to be waiting. I paid $15 for a spa pedicure. Polish work was good, scrub was decent, and no lotion or hot towel or massage. read more

At first I thought this place was going to be very good. The owner started out very gentle and nice with my acrylics. However, I asked for rounded natural looking nails in which she started giving me pointy long nails (not what I asked for). I asked her politely to please round the nails out more and she got mad at me twice saying that's not what I asked for and wanted. She then was rough and charged a very unfair price considering all I got was a simple medium color acrylics. Horrible service, don't recommend.. read more

I went in and paid $35 for some horribly done nails. The lady who did my nails tried to tell me my nail was growing crooked so she can't put nails straight lmao. I popped the tip off and reapplied it myself. Giving her the benefit of the doubt I let her continue. Boiiii was it just for entertainment cause the nails were horrible. Another customer came in and asked to see them and once she did she canceled her appointment. The pointy nails are sticking up which I didn't know was posssible with coffin shaped nails. Came here yesterday, not my first time but definitely my last. You know I liked Ana the first two times I went to her, then the third I was like ehh she's kind of rude. Although I continued to come to her because I loved the way she shaped my nails since it's hard finding a nail tech that makes the perfect coffin shape. I will no longer return. She didn't want to file down the side of my nail when I told her it was crooked and she said that it was my meat when it clearly wasn't, I left it alone but I noticed she rolled her eyes. Then she had her mom do my toes and she cut my toe and it would not stop bleeding. Didn't want to say anything to the mom because she's older and I felt bad, and as it is her daughter is always yelling at her. That was another deducted point. Then when I asked for opi white nail polish on my toes she said she didn't have it when I could see it across the room and told me all nail polish were the same it was just the technique. Alright but you could've just gave me what I asked for. This morning I woke up with my toe hurting and not fulfilled. read more

Ana and Tammy are a dynamic mother-daughter duo. I walked in with no appointment, and was helped immediately. Ana, the mother, does excellent work. My manicure and pedicure both came out perfect. This is a no-frills place; they aren't pushy and won't try to guilt you into an up-sell. The thing I love the most is that all their instruments are sterilized properly between each use and customer. I watched Ana open a new package of sterilized and disinfected nail implements for me, and for the girl after me. This is my new spot; this first visit sold me on becoming a returning customer. Also, there is a bar next door which brings a lot of bikers; do not feel intimidated. I wasn't, but I can see how a group of guys standing out front can make it less appealing. Be rest assured, they will not bother you. Don't punish a business for its inevitable surroundings. read more

I don't want to give them a bad review because they were very nice, everything seems sanitary and they give you a free mini water the down fall is they are extremely slow. I called, mad an appointment thinking I could get a manicure and pedicure in and hour on my lunch break. I figured an hour would be pushing it but I might make it out just a few mins late and get to work 10/15 mins late, not a big deal since I work near by. They took me right away. Well I definitely didn't have time for a manicure but my pedicure took and hour and 20 mins and that's because i told them I didn't need a massage(which is definitely half of the reason I go to get pedicures). Like I said they are very nice and very clean but just be prepared to be there a very long time if you do go. The prices are very reasonable. It's a two person salon though so definitely make an appointment! On the bright side she did a great job on my toes, I just wish she was a little faster. read more

First review ever. First time there never going back. I only went here since it was easter weekend and my usual nail place was too booked to take me in on Friday. Three different persons worked on my manicure. Ana's mom was being rude to the guy doing my nails he quit on the spot just walked out then ana works on my manicure did one layer of gel walked away then she had someone else finished the last layer of my gel. The gel chipped the very next day. They also cut my nails so short that my sking from under my nail is in pain. Do not recommend this place. Although it's small and there are only two workers, it's worth it! They get down on the cuticles. Normally at other nail salons, your cuticles will look nice at the time you get it done, but a couple days later they'll start looking bad, as if you didn't get it done. But not at this place! They will not "fake" cut your cuticles. The owner, her skills on painting and everything else is great! Her and her mom are so sweet. They always offer water and their prices are soooo affordable. $20/25 for gel manicure/pedicure. Just make sure to make an appointment on days that are normally busy aka, weekends or afternoons. If you walk-in, go in the early morning. My boyfriend always insists on coming here even though we stay an hour and a half away. It's worth the drive!
