I noticed that all the African American customers were seated together in the back of the building, which felt uncomfortable, concerning and just wrong. On top of that, my pedicure was not done well my feet still looked rough and didn't feel properly scrubbed. When I asked if this was how they usually send customers out, the manager said yes and mentioned they don't have a way to properly remove calluses. Overall, I left unsatisfied and would not return.
