I went here on a whim to kill time while my car was being serviced nearby. I got a basic gel pedicure and was offered a complimentary drink immediately. The space was clean and well organized. All of the workers were friendly and communicative about pricing. Although initial service received was great, I was disappointed with my pedicure. The gel polish was painted over my cuticles and overall the paint job was sloppy. The polish began peeling after 1.5 weeks. I expect better when I'm paying over $60. read more

In love with my nails! I took my mother in law and sister in law for a mani-pedi date 8/30 and they were able to accommodate us as walk-ins. Service was great. Very nice staff. A little bit of a language barrier when I was trying to explain the tip (I was trying to give cash as a tip and pay with my card). But all is well. 07/16 - Went in today for a pedicure. Got asked at the front desk what I wanted and I said gel pedicure. Got asked if I wanted my hands done too and I said no. This was asked 3 additional times before I even sat down.. When I got sat down I asked them to put an acrylic tip on one toenail (not pictured) and this conversation went on for atleast 10 minutes between me (customer) the front desk lady and the guy nail technician. At one point I even stopped and asked my friend who was with me if I was making sense or if I was being too difficult to understand? Let's just say the first 25 minutes of my relaxing pedicure were well not.. I still paid and tipped 20% because I like paying for the service I am receiving and want to be treated nicely when I return as a returning customer.. well not even 2 hours later and my gel pedicure is already peeling off.. usually my gel pedicures last me atleast 3 weeks and if it's wearing down it's my toe nails growing out not the actual gel PEELING off.. Started out ok, my husband and I stopped in for pedicures yesterday. I chose a gel color and we sat in chairs at the pedicure stations to soak. Took a bit for tech to come over, but massage chair made that no worries! Manager held a menu of services up and asked what we wanted, small print would have liked a bit of time to look at differences. She had written down our "order" and my color #, and we had by then also decided to get manicures, no polish. Pedicures went ok, husbands tech did a better job. My tech didn't ask how short (or long) I wanted toenails, and sighed when I asked her to shorten. My tech had a strange order of doing things, not wrong I guess, just different than every other tech I've ever had work on my nails - even from the tech working on husband's toes. Short, lackluster "massage", hot towels had cooled by the time she draped on legs (husband's tech brought out towels and paraffin for both stations). Polish ok, though one toe weirdly only got one coat of color. Manicure is where it really fell apart. We bought cheapest manicure because we don't want polish, so just basic mani. Again, husband's tech just fine. MY tech cut all nails down with clippers, didn't file any of them until asked, used the dremel style tool to remove cuticle and then ran it across the top of all my nails. I'm mot getting any polish, so having a super rough nailbed is now very annoying. I had to have her clean two nails that she missed. My nails are typically in rough shape due to my work, so anything is generally an improvement, but this was really BARELY better than me using an emory board. No buffing, which most techs will do especially if no polish. Cuticles ragged, nailed sandy. Ugh. read more

Overall most of the staff were accommodating and thoughtful! The place was clean and not too busy for a Saturday The manicure portion was a little weird. I just asked for polka dots on my nails and she had an attitude about it the entire time. The polka dots came out uneven and random and nothing like the reference picture. For $20 extra (on top of the most expensive manicure package) it was not worth it. On the other hand the pedicure portion was nice, and the nail tech who did it was very attentive and kind. Almost all my nails fell off and I had to go in several times to fix when I live a ferry ride away...now the acrylic that replaced my gel X broke. I've never had my Acrylic nails break like this. Absolutely dissatisfied with today's visit and I can't even blame it on the nail techs because they did a good job. My main issue and only issue today is that I was there this passed weekend, for the first time had great service in spite of the fact that my nail tech gave me crooked and uneven nails, I got black gel polish and I assume maybe that had something to do with why two days later my nails were chipped, faded and scratched they literally behaved as if I had gotten cheap nail polish done. I paid for gel. They offered me drinks the tech was nice and I a hand massage oil, and my cuticles done for my fill all for $55 and I gave my tech $10 with no complaint. Now here less than a week I go in with very little no growth at all just to fix my nails and was super willing to pay yet another $55 for my gel fill thinking again the black gel polish I chose might be the reason why my nails didn't last. And what do you know it took my nail tech very little time to do my nails. The receptions came to me at the beginning asking if I wanted my cuticles to be treated I said I don't think I need that I just got my nails done this weekend let's just keep it simple. Before you know it my feet and nails are done. Apparently the lotion I got put on my hands and arms and the cuticle cutting cost me another $22.50 plus $55 and let's not forget the pedicure which was what I chose nothing shady about that. Please make it makes sense how I walked in with nails that barely needed anything to paying $77.50. When I brought up to the receptionist she claims she told me and I said yes. Are you kidding me? I can't even say that this was mis-communication because I got the same exact service this past week for $55. So of course I expected to pay the same. Not once was I offered a gel polish change, let's fix it for you. Terrible customer service. No transparency. I will not recommend or return to this place. All set, so my advice to you is be very clear about what you're being charged for and do what I didn't do when they offer anything ask if you're being charged. Because last time a checked a gel fill comes with cuticle cutting and lotion treatment at the end. Very shady business. I paid and tipped and am all set with going back. I was hesitant to come in since I couldn't find any prices online for this salon. It would be helpful if this information was available on the website, especially when you are able to book services online. Luckily, it was not busy when I came in on Monday. It was just me and four employees. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time, since I didn't mind on waiting if they weren't immediately available since I only needed my acrylic nails removed. I wish I spent more time reading the services because I ended up paying $45 total for the services. I only intended to do take off services ($20) and nothing more, but it was an additional $25 for them to cut, file, and provide basic manicure services without any polish. If I was made more aware of what I would receive with just the $20 take off service, then I would have disagreed to the additional $25 manicure, especially since I had to go home and cut and file some of my nails since they weren't the same length. Shame on me for not asking the name of my nail techs and requesting them again in the future. I walked in yesterday and got, maybe, the worst quality manicure of my life. Tech was nice (which is why I didn't say anything) but the shape is absolutely horrrible, I left with gunk under my nails that I had to remove when I got home (I reshaped them best I could, as well), and you can actually still see some of my old polish color under the new shade because they didn't remove all of it before applying the new polish. First time here and their customer service is good, you walk in and you're greeted immediately. They offer complimentary drinks. I had an appointment and was able to sit immediately. I showed the first girl that helped me a reference photo of what I wanted and she said yes they can do it, then the girl who actually helped me said my design was too complicated, i said okay, so i changed to a different more simple design which was just red french tip. The girl who did my pedicure did a great job. Then when I did my manicure she decided to start on a walk in appointment and told me to wait which I didn't understand because I had an appointment. As i'm waiting the first girl comes to me and starts explaining the prices of what I wanted, although I appreciate the transparency it was so ridiculous, they charge a fee FOR EVERYTHING, $15 for french tips, $15 for a letter, $15 for another color, $15 for gel etc. total i paid $150 for mani and pedi with gel. They did offer me a drink and I requested water, but had to request it later because she forgot. I picked a nail color, but she brought two and there was a lot of confusion in general. I enjoy coming to this salon. Inside is a clean, sleek modern ambiance and it feels like a luxury experience. They have a great selection of nail colors and services. Staff is very friendly & attentive. I notice their massages with your service are longer and better than any other places I've been to, making it worth the money & price (which I feel are on the moderate end). They also have a rewards system so I check in with each visit (I don't know the specifics but I think you earn points with each visit toward some discount). I usually go for a spa pedicure and manicure. Shellac (aka gel polish) is a $15 additional charge, which feels like a lot to me compared to what I used to pay. For some reason when I get shellac here it tends to chip in less than a week which makes it not worth it for me. If you're looking for a VIP experience, come to this spot. I passed by this cute shop and decided to give it a shot. This place is bright! Big windows, open space luxurious vibes. I decided to get a pedicure just the basic with gel nails. The pedicure pricing is reasonable $38+$15 (shellac) They had a wide variety of nail polishes to choose from. After being sat, the staff were very accommodating, making sure the water was at the right temperature. The service was spectacular! I really felt very special especially after being offered a complimentary drink (they have mimosas!) During my service, my mail tech was very thorough! It was a pleasant experience. I didn't catch her name unfortunately. One of my favorite moments was when my nail tech took a steaming hot towel and laid it on my legs. They have huge comfortable massage chairs which made my experience way better, I was so relaxed! I believe I spoke to the owner. She opened this cute nail salon about 8 months ago. This is my first time here and I'm definitely impressed. The place was clean and smelt nice, not full of acetone like some nail salons. We were greeted right away, I appreciated that. They've got a pretty good collection of nail color selections right as you enter as well as in the middle shelves of the salon. I went with shellac however the ladies did offer me to go with dip and further explained how it may be a better idea and further explained why. I don't react well to dip so I opted out but I liked how they were knowledgeable in the products they were using. Lisa did my nails and I love how thorough she was with the process, really getting in there to get all the dead skin and cuticles...I had a lot and she got them all. The massages were amazing and it definitely helped me relax which was much needed. I paid for the $55 pedicure - the third level pedicure - not the basic 45-50 minutes. It didn't last that long and she left me for ten minutes while my feet were in wax bags and legs wrapped in warm towels. When she was ready to polish, I had to point out areas around my big toe and a corn callous she missed and she barely touched them even then. Don't waste your money. First of all I called before hand and was told one price and after I left I was charged another price because it was "hard to take my previous shellac off". Mind you - I was NEVER told that I will be charged more - I just was. The shape of my nails is okay but the way my shellac was applied is pretty bad - especially on my thumbs.
