They gave me a great deal and told me it would take about 10 days -- when I picked it up, I was honestly shocked. It looks like a brand new rug. The colors are vibrant again and the whole thing feels refreshed and revived. I'm so happy with the results and definitely recommend them if you want your rug done right.

She's really tech savvy and informative, and I hope it's not offensive, but she was quick with everything on my phone, although she seems a bit older. I think it comes down to how I feel when I think of going there, specifically the one in Brea. This isn't a grocery store - why do we have to pay for bags? I'm buying bottles of wine & dishes, picture frames - if I buy dishes and home decor at Macy's, I'm not required to buy a bag. It was always part of my Christmas tradition to make Cost Plus my first stop for gifts - but a couple of Christmases ago, I bought a whole cart full of wine & food gifts. I was not allowed to take the cart to my car, I had to leave the cart in the store and trust that the employee helping me wouldn't be pulled away by time I brought my car around. And it was raining by the way. Once upon a time, the store would reward members with a $10.00 birthday gift. That got changed to a discount. We scheduled a replacement, waited for them to show up, and when the technicians finally arrived... they didn't even bring all the necessary parts to assemble it. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake right away, they told us it's going to take an entire month just to come back with the missing parts. So now we're left sitting with a half-assembled, unusable bed frame taking up space in our bedroom for four weeks because of their incompetence. No urgency, no customer care, and cheap furniture. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Unfortunately, the sales people probably think they work at a high end store as they literally ignore every customer that walks in. Come on, the people at South Coast has 100% better service than this small location in the "other end of the O.C. ". At least, acknowledge the people that walks in or walk right in front of you. 2 staff were walking around bypassing customers while trying to look busy. One other appeared to be on their cell phone, while another was seated talking to another staff. The outside of the store looks like Lowe's setup. . Not loving this at all. I am hoping to see some improvement in the near future.
