I remember when Anatolian Table first opened It's doors about 18+ years ago ..... after trying a few of their dishes I was hooked for life ! I was a regular for a long time ..... long story short, I moved out of the area 10 years ago and just a few weeks ago I had the opportunity to Visit Rocklin after a long time. Of course I had to stop by Anatolian !! Different location but It still maintains that great flavor, nice atmosphere and great service that i always remembered ! You can't go wrong with any of the appetizers or with any of their main dishes !! This is a must try restaurant !

I've been wanting to come here for some time. Coming with a group of friends we had a great time, and the food was very good. Turkish/Mediterranean food which I particularly enjoy. I was expecting the ambiance to be a bit more upscale but the casual cafe style was quite pleasant. Plus the staff was incredibly professional, friendly and accommodating. They were most patient in giving us time to decide in amongst our chatter. They also gave us time lines for food preperation with certain selections in case we had time constraints, which we didn't. The menu is very broad and interesting. I was intrigued to see the variety of authentic dishes. I especially like eggplant and there's a wide array of eggplant selections. We started with appetizers of Babaganouch and Feta filled Filo pastry. It came with nicely charred pita bread and it all was excellent. I ordered the Lamb Saute that came with rice and pickled vegetables, onions. Overall, I'd say the entree was just OK. I found it didn't have the rich flavor I hoped for, yet everything was fresh and well prepared. I tasted another entree with a smokey eggplant puree (Sultans Delight) and it was exceptional. Now I know what to get next time! We shared desserts of kunefe and rice pudding. I was quite full at that point so just tried the kunefe which was awesome. The consistency with honey blended together beautifully. So tasty. The surprise was the Yogurt drink which I was most curious over. The server kindly brought me a sample to try as it does take an acquired taste. I liked it and got a full tumbler of it. It's rich, refreshing and not what I expected, almost like a buttermilk. I did enjoy it, but not everyone would. I am overjoyed with the array of ethnic restaurants we have in the area and having a great Turkish one makes it all the better. I will be back!

We had a great meal to celebrate my friend's birthday! We made a reservation for a Friday night, and were greeted with the most inviting smells as soon as we walked in. We also really enjoyed the vibe, as the Turkish lamps and decorative dishware around the dining room were beautiful. We did think it was awkward that they sat us right next to the only other two parties that night, close enough to hear all conversations, while the other (larger) half of the restaurant was totally empty. But our booth faced the open kitchen, where you could see the chefs's heads moving around/hard at work so maybe that was the intent? Now, I'm pretty indecisive when it comes to menus with more than one page. I feel obligated to read every dish, before making a decision. The staff were incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down my options, and I enjoyed the flavors of the adana bowl that I finally chose. We also ordered dolmas and baklava for the table to share. At one point, the owner or chef came out to check how we enjoyed our meals, which was a nice touch. All in all, it was a solid restaurant choice for Mediterranean food in Rocklin. I do think the prices are high for homestyle food ($20 for a bowl!), but I recognize that we don't have tons of options out here.

Zero stars. For the price and size of items, was a complete rip-off. Don't waste your time, the food is sub-par. (And definitely not worth the $80 we spent). Complete rip-off.

Finally tried this incredible Turkish restaurant last night. I'm upset with myself for having taken this long to drop in. One of the BEST meals I've had in a very long time. The owners are so sweet and hardworking and their passion for what they do shines through in all the delicious food. I can't rave enough about the taste and quality of everything. We will be back very, very soon. My new favorite restaurant in the area by FAR!

Just do yourself a favor and go. We were in town and this place was close to our hotel. Everything is made in house, is fresh and just delicious. If you want to try all of their great appetizers try their 2 person sampler. It had everything to try and enough for several people. The baklava was the best I have ever had. They make the syrup for the dessert in house. Everything was great!

I respect all religious events. However, customers should always be treated with respect and professionalism. We drove about 40 minutes as a group of four just to pick up dessert, not to dine inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior affected our experience. It was disappointing, and I hope this can be improved

Great service! Came in with a large group and we were welcomed warmly. They can definitely accommodate large groups which is helpful because not all places are comfortable with multiple kids but so grateful for kind staff. But beyond that food was DELICIOUS definitely will come back and try some different dishes.

Tried this for the first time. Serving is good. Love the menu options for kids and adult alike. Staff were so pleasant. Clean ambiance. I expect a repeat here for me.

Lunch that took me right back to Turkey We came to Anatolian Table for lunch and were genuinely blown away. The food, the hospitality, the atmosphere, it all reminded me so much of being in Turkey. We started with the spicy hummus, which was creamy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of kick. Easily one of the best I've had outside of Turkey. Then we had the Adana sandwich and the doner kebap, both were perfectly seasoned, tender, and served with fresh, soft bread. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. We finished with the kunefe, and it was spot on!!!!crispy, cheesy, sweet, and warm. Exactly how it should be. The service was friendly and genuine, and the whole experience felt like a little escape to Anatolia. Can't wait to come back. Feels like home, tastes like Turkey

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and seated us quickly. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, with just the right background music. I ordered the grilled sea bass , which was perfectly. The whole experience felt effortless and warm. Definitely coming back, and I've already told two friends they have to try it."

The lobster bites came with a lemon wedge and their house Thousand Island sauce, and that sauce was incredible. The combination of the crispy lobster, lemon, and sauce worked perfectly together. The broccolini was also seasoned really well and paired nicely with the grilled lemon. I ordered an Old Fashioned, and it was one of the smoothest I've had. One detail I loved was that they stamped the restaurant's logo into the ice cube. Small touch, but really cool. For my main course, I ordered the Grilled Huli Huli Chicken with a crispy rice cake, pineapple, greens, and a house sauce that completely made the dish. The sweet and tangy flavor paired perfectly with the chicken. Me and my girlfriend also shared the mac and cheese, and honestly, this was one of the best mac and cheeses I've had. It was rich, creamy, well-seasoned, and the breadcrumbs on top added the perfect texture. My girlfriend ordered the braised short rib with garlic mashed potatoes and carrot purée. The short rib was so tender it practically fell apart with a fork. Everything on the plate was delicious. One thing that surprised me was the portion sizes. Everything was very filling, and we ended up taking some food home. By the time dessert came around, we were already pretty full, but there was no way we were skipping it. To finish the night, we shared the Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and strawberries. It was the perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant was busy and lively, but it never felt crowded. The tables were spaced out really well, so my girlfriend and I could still enjoy our conversation and watch the basketball game. I also appreciated seeing Chef Q and his wife walking around and checking on guests throughout the night. They stopped by tables to see how everyone was enjoying their food, which was a really nice touch. I even had the chance to take a picture with Chef Q before we left, which was super cool. Between the food, service, atmosphere, and attention to detail, this is easily one of the top restaurants I've been to in Sacramento. Definitely worth a visit.

My elderly parents show up for their reservation, only to be turned away by the host due to a private party! When my dad explained they had a reservation and paid for their table, the manager came over to speak to them. The manager said he would refund their reservation charge, but did NOTHING to make it right. They called and confirmed just hours before, turned them away at the door, and didn't even offer to get them a table for the next day or anything. For elderly parents with mobility issues, it's hard enough to get out of the house on a normal day, but to be turned away at the door due to mismanagement of their establishment is just embarrassing. Service 0/5, Ambience 5/5, Food 4/5…read more We came on a Thursday evening around 5 pm on 6/4 and it wasn't busy. First, I want to say the chef was younger, but he put alot of care and effort into each dish, so he should definitely be acknowledged. However, as soon as we walked in, there was no greeting from both of the female servers, only cold stares. Many servers do not give great service to younger tables and assume they won't tip. This occurred throughout our dining experience and we didn't feel welcomed at all. Our table also wasn't the biggest and there was no pre-bussing done to clear our dining space. Also, as a recent graduate, I brought my cap to receive a $15 gift card for their promotion. Instead, she gave a "neighborhood" discount (10% off which made it $10 off). I didn't mention anything since I did not feel like coming back to this location. Then I looked at the receipt, wrote a 20% tip, but this was where I felt scammed. It's difficult to explain and I wish I took a picture, but please check your math on the suggested tip. Total with discount: $98 Previous Total: $108 Suggested Tip: 20% = $20 and Suggested Total: $128 I don't mind tipping $20, but the suggested total would include a $30 tip? I don't know if it's intentional and the server wanted to pocket the discount as her tip, but it did not feel fair. We had two younger kids with us and I didn't want them to notice, so we just left after paying. We been to the Sacramento location many times, but their Roseville location was disappointing. Horrible service.
