Had a great visit here. Owners were so nice and helpful. Met the neighbors who were also lovely. Liked the 2022 estate pinot noir and the 2019 Cabernet. Bought lots of wine and joined the club!

This is such a cute winery with a beautiful backdrop. My work booked this place as a team bonding activity. We got a variety of rose, white and reds. Hard to say which one was my favorite as everything I tried was so good! The rose and pinot was a big hit with our group. We also ordered some yummy cheese plates. The owners are so sweet, friendly and unpretentious. Chris, one of the owner, gave us a tour of the facility and even took the kids on a tractor ride at their request. There were plenty of parking available and clean bathroom facility.

I found this winery after going apple picking nearby. We did our tasting outside which included a light rosé, a Chardonnay, two Pinot noirs and one Cab. I took home a bottle each of the whites. My favorite was the Chardonnay. Loved the view while sipping on some wine. Cheers!

Found this winery by doing a search for Watsonville wineries. They have boards along the road to guide you to their tasting room. Intimate tasting room - Chris, the winemaker was there and it was so fun to talk to him and learn about their wines. Definitely going back!

Delicious wines! It was a great location, near some golfing we did. We even got to meet the maker of the wines and hear his history in wine making.

Our favorite cabernet and rose chocolate.

Anatum Winery is by far one of our favorite places ever. It's so relaxing sitting outside. Chris the winemaker and owner and his wife and baby are out walking around and serving you wine. We even got a nice chocolate with rose petals from them. The wines delicious and sitting right by the vineyard, can't be beat. I highly recommend this place you will enjoy it as much as we did I'm sure.

Delightful local little winery just NE of Watsonville in the foothills of Mount Madonna. We visited with our mother on Mother's Day. The owners, husband and wife, Chris and Aerin were very friendly and Chris gave info and answered questions on his winemaking process and science behind it and the interesting name Anatum comes from Falcons raised by his father to protect the crops. While we had tastings of their young wines. We took food - home made gourmet tacos as a picnic after calling them and enjoyed a bottle of their Cabernet outside their barn overlooking the vineyard, on patio tables and chairs in the sun - Chris even offered plates and a heater. There is lower barrel seating and table too. It was a perfect day and setting and recommend to all.

If they are still open there is no signage. I was expecting a small place. Very disappointed.

They also have a bocce ball court. Two wines stood out: 5/5: The 2024 Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay; it's rubust, sparkly, with tropical notes. 4/5: The 2024 Monterey Sauvignon blanc: Fruity instead of grassy.

The road to get up the hill is very narrow that we almost missed it bec it looked like a driveway. Once we got past the trees to an opening, it was like orchestral music started playing when we saw the gorgeous Storrs building! The cement structure was so sleek and modern, yet it was in the middle of this farmhouse kind of area... it was a little shocking, in a good way. I feel bad taking off stars because I actually loved the wine at Storrs, but for the cost of the wine tasting per person, I was astonished at how TINY the pours were. We are talking the tiniest sip. You don't even have enough to swish it in your mouth to get a good sense of the wine on your palette. We thought we were being "punked", except every pour was this miniscule. There is also a strict no outside food policy here, yet they don't sell food. This is a big downside for me because I find drinking wine a great opportunity to sit back and relax with friends, and that includes munching on some food! Counter space was very cramped in the tasting room, and no one greeted us or acknowledged that we entered the building even. We just walked around for awhile until we found a tiny corner to insert ourselves. The set up isn't ideal for when there are multiple groups inside. There are tables in an outdoor patio and one long table indoors, but with the tasting pours being half a sip, you really don't need to sit down. So this is a big downside for me. The wine is delicious, so I think it's worth tasting and buying some wine here. My tip is to go on an off day so you can get better customer service and maybe get more than a 0.00001 ounce pour. Haha.

We had our choice of indoor and outdoor seating, and opted for the nice covered outdoor patio. They had a good amount of seating in each area, and had a lot of shade outside, which is absolutely necessary in Gilroy. The patio and grass area was very pretty, filled with lots of plants and even a sculpture. The property is also next to a plant nursery, so that added to the beauty even beyond their property line. We were helped by Melissa, and she was great! They had two tasting flights of 4 wines to choose from on our visit, one of which included a white and reds, while the other was all reds. They did also have some extra bottles open, so they were able to make an all white wine flight for one in our party. The pours were a good size, enough to really get a feel for the wine and share a taste with others. Two of us ended up taking home the same bottle of pinot noir.

I started my membership back, thought we'd utilize the wine tasting. First time back in over 6 months they did not bring us a menu, did not tell us what we were tasting and that was not a good feeling. On out third pour same day- fist day back we were accused of trying to get an extra pour Aaron asked what pour we were on, we didn't have a response because we didn't have the menu, we were accused of getting any extra pour? Not our responsibility to keep track, and if you did an extra pour what is the big deal? The comment made us feel uncomfortable, we stayed and purchased a bottle from their reserved red wine. This Saturday we went with another couple and my granddaughter. All was fine untill our third pour, we paid extra for the reserved tasting and it was a splash not a tasting pour. We discussed if we should say anything at all, and we decided to ask for a decent pour. My husband went in , talked to Aaron, he declined and dismissed us. Aaron said we had a decent pour, even though he was not around to see what was poured?? Typically a winery allows more than the 4 or 5 tasting, how else will you know if you like it enough to purchase a bottle. If a winery treats members that way it's time to end membership, and we did. Staff is like family at S V, we got the cold shoulder once my husband spoke with Aaron. We paid for our tasting, tipped our server. We will not revisit this establishment again. It was a nice place till it wasn't We have too many wineries nearby to allow staff to make you feel a certain way.
