I don't leave reviews often, the only review I have left on Yelp was for a tow service in San Jose, CA where I had an AWFUL experience. Paul was so great and helpful that I had to leave him a glowing review. My transmission gave out on me last night and I had to get it towed to the auto shop. I was careful to look for highly reviewed services because of my last experience and was down to pay whatever I had to. I came across Big Paul's online and sent him a request late last night, he responded early this morning as soon as he opened with a low quote and reasonable pick up time. I had to change the drop off location and he kept the same low price for me. He communicated with me when he was in route and picked up the car in a timely manner, and he was the nicest guy! I was in a situation when I needed my car towed and decided to call Big Pauls after find a review on Yelp after one of his competitors tried to give me the run around over the phone. He told me he could not get there until Noon as I called him after 8 AM but that was OK by me.
