Most of the crowd was older, which was interesting to me as the have a second room where they had a DJ playing music and lights flashing all over the place. They're trying to create a party atmosphere, but no one was really over there. I can see how you can use that space for a party or gathering of people. Maybe they use that space for other things. After paying for parking and walking in, we were told we had to leave because we're under 21. Legally, we've since learned that Wisconsin doesn't allow anyone under 21 in bars without a food license -- so the venue was within its rights. But there were no signs, no online notice, and no mention in the event info about this policy. We weren't there to drink -- just to enjoy the music and support a friend. I understand the legal restriction, but the lack of communication made the experience frustrating and disappointing. A simple heads-up on the website or social media would have gone a long way.
