After paying for parking and walking in, we were told we had to leave because we're under 21. Legally, we've since learned that Wisconsin doesn't allow anyone under 21 in bars without a food license -- so the venue was within its rights. But there were no signs, no online notice, and no mention in the event info about this policy. We weren't there to drink -- just to enjoy the music and support a friend. I understand the legal restriction, but the lack of communication made the experience frustrating and disappointing. A simple heads-up on the website or social media would have gone a long way.

The main issue was the OWNER of the bar was in there drunk as could be. Kept making smart remarks to me and then turning his head away like a scared little kid and laughing like he was funny. He kept telling me over and over he owns the bar to which I told him I don't care who knows the bar, but in a meaner way. He tried to get me to take a shot but I refused and he kept making dumb remarks and hiding by turning away. He then apologized when he could tell I was tired of his act. I paid and left and wouldn't go back in that bar unless it was to beat up the drunken bar owner and his little buddies..
