Every time I called for either regular spring and winter maintenance or any repair I've had to deal with the worst customer service by this same woman. I've repeatedly told people from Pipco about this. I was told I could request to speak to other office people. That worked once or twice but most times I was left to deal with an incompetent woman who consistently made errors and blamed the errors on me. The final straw was when she gave me a number to confirm my maintenance appointment and I asked if this was a new procedure. She claimed she was confirming my number. I told her I know my number and that she was confused. I was polite and respectful. She went on a tirade. I repeatedly asked Joan to please stop. She then rudely said have a nice day and hung up on me. I called Brian who is the person who gave me my estimate years ago to alert him so he could do something. He responded, " I don't know what to say." Then he went silent. Perhaps he could have apologized but he didn't. I asked him to cancel my appointment and that was when I knew I'd never use Pipco again. Beware of the treatment you'll receive after you sign the contract and try to deal with Pipco for the maintenance. I'm switching to Perry Hall Heating and Cooling in the future. After sticking around for a couple hours trying to find the source of the problem, I was mentally preparing myself to pay a diagnosis and service fee, but there was no such thing. He didn't leave until I was satisfied with his work until 930PM on a FRIDAY night. This type of service is difficult if not impossible to find.
