The two women that run the salon are very nice and welcoming and their prices are great! If I lived in Warren I would definitely be going back to see them for a mani and pedi! read more

I have been going there for over 2 years and have sent them several people and none of us will go back! Due to Poor scheduling, their prices vary, and rude behavior when u do walk in with no appointment is is just unacceptable. They recently increased their prices but never mentioned it until it was time to pay and then told me (very rudely) it's now $25 look at the sign!!! The next time I scheduled an appointment on a Friday, which I had to cancel due to car trouble, and I rescheduled for that Saturday at 2:30. I received a call late in the morning on Saturday informing me the time I made my appointment for would not work due to they have too much going on and asked if I could come in now. I said I couldn't I was at work that is why I scheduled for 2:30, she then asked if I could come in Monday, which that wouldn't work either, and I had an event to go to and needed them done that weekend! She said she didn't know what to do then because she wouldn't be able to keep the APPOINTMENT I made 24 hours earlier!! I couldn't believe how unprofessional they run their business and their lack of respect for their paying clients! They say walk ins welcome but it depends on their mood if they will actually make an effort to fit u in and apparently appointments aren't honored either!! I am so disappointed in the way they treat their loyal customers!! Will NEVER go back!!! read more

I went there to get my eyebrows done and the women was working on another lady. She was finishing up painting her toe nails. She came over to wax my eyebrows without washing her hands. Normally im not crazy about germs but she was just touching another person's feet then came over to touch my face. Im very disappointed. read more

Overall a very good pedicure. Nice staff and they really take their time and pay attention to detail. More like 4 1/2 stars. They need to get some better brands of polish for pedicures. It took too many coats to get the color to look like what was in the bottle. There's also no nail dryer. Polish wasn't dry even by the time I got home. My pets stepped on my feet and the pedicure was ruined. read more

Came in for a shellac and a specific design. Dee soaked my hands and cleaned my cuticles. I wanted white with lemons. She didn't have her stencils so she freehanded and did A wonderful job. She gave me everything I wanted and more. Will be my new shop! :) read more

This is a nice salon, the girls are very friendly. It's important to know that they DO NOT do shellac. There is only one brand of Shellac and that is CND. OPI or any other brand does not make Shellac, they make Gel. Many salons pass off Gel as Shellac just like they try to pass acylic for Gel. I was told by another salon that I was getting a gel manicure but it was acrylic as it was powder. Gel is ALWAYS liquid. (this salon doesnt do acrylic at all) So, if anyone is wondering how theyre getting shellac for $20, it's bcause it's Gel. They do a nice job though and it lasts for weeks. read more

I'm hesitant to write this because I want this place all to myself. After some disappointing experiences at nearby salons, I decided to turn to yelp to find a new nail place that wouldn't break the bank. I was not let down. I called on a Sunday to see if they could fit me in which they did, after hours no less. I start a new job tomorrow and my previous manicure from another salon a week ago was chipped and peeling. I regret not asking again for the name of the wonderful woman who did my nails but there's two of them and they were both friendly and talented. My shellac looks flawless! It was exactly what I wanted. I will be a regular there even though it's not very close to my home. Some tips...it's best to bring cash but they do take credit cards for a dollar extra. It's hard to find but it's behind the Little Caesars on the southeast corner. If you want to go on Sunday be sure to call ahead and make an appointment. Next time I'll be getting a pedicure too! read more

I gave this place 1 star because she was nice. Also, my pedicure nail polish is still on a week later. However I paid for shellac nails on my fingers and they slowly chipped then came off within 4 days. I'm just warning people don't waste your time and money. I called and they fixed the first nail but I didn't have the time or energy to keep going to the shop everyday (I have a full-time job) so I just peeled the others off. By the way you can't peel real shellac so easily. read more

So went to get my nails done a day after work with a girlfriend. They were a little busier and we're kind of rushing. There were two ladies working and one was super nice and friendly the other wasn't. I get my nails done to relax not be on edge:( then something was wrong with the credit card machine and my card went through a couple of times so I had to be on top of that for a couple days to make sure it wasn't charged. Went there for the first time for a pedi. Although the pedi was fine, the girl that worked there was definitely lacking in personality. I tried to get her to talk, she was not going to have anything to do with it. Another customer and I engaged in conversation and tried to include the worker, but it was a lost cause. Found it weird that they don't even have nail dryers. Most other places spray the emery boards with alcohol, not here. That was kind of creepy. The brands of polish are not that good, although there were a couple OPI and China Glaze. read more
