However, Dean was super responsive and had his team out there cleaning it the next day as they had an opening. Not only does it look pristine but I no longer have to smell that urine smell. Dean was super down to earth and told me they've mostly been doing work from referrals which is why they don't have many reviews but they are quite busy with repeat customers since they also remove debris etc. I've heard from others they've tried many cleaners and gave up because the smell didn't go away and they were tired of empty promises so they were just going to rip it up and get new turf. Definitely something we do not want to do and glad we found this place. I'd jump on them now before they blow up. I'm so tired of hearing that it's a 2-3 month waitlist for any type of service and just happy I got this done before things heat up for the summer.
