Even from the beginning when I was inquiring about booking-he took time to explain everything and the cost is so reasonable compared to other charters. Plus, you get the opportunity to have it all to yourself for you and your loved ones. Tyler is such a nice guy and he made it so special for us. He remembered that we were there to celebrate my daughter and told her congratulations. I barely mentioned that in my phone call so for him to remember it-that was so amazing! He took us all over. I feel like we literally saw everything there is to see. We were able to play our country music, drink our champagne and wine. It was such a beautiful and comfortable boat. We can't wait to return and hopefully Tyler will still be available to take us out.

He was flexible with scheduling our half day excursion and checked in the day before to confirm our time. He even suggested that we go out early to avoid a potential thunderstorm to try and ensure we got our full 5 hours. On the boat, he and his first mate were informative, and we rode about an hour into the bay to the fishing area. Once we arrived, they quickly got all of the gear out and explained the process. Then the fish started coming! After 3 hours, we had caught our allocation, and made the trip back to the dock. At the dock we took pictures and Captain Steve cleaned and filleted our fish. At 8 AM the following day, I received a voicemail, an email, and a text message from the company stating that they were closed Monday and I should not have been allowed to make a reservation via their own website,. Obviously there would be a full refund, and they were very apologetic. I never received the refund and contacted them twice more during the next six days. Today I received an email from Benjamin. Tiederman stating that I would only be refunded 50%, which would not be received for another five days. This is fraud and theft, Along with basic incompetence and lack of ethics. I had to eventually submit a charge back to my credit card company, which will cost them extra money in fines instead of doing what they stated they would do. I've never left a negative review on any site so congratulations Annapolis electric boat rentals.
