I HIGHLY recommend this establishment!! I had a cracked windshield and needed an emergency repair so I could ship my car to the lower 48. I called a few popular companies, but they were unable to help me. Anchorage Auto Glass fixed it in about an hour and I was on my way!! Great quality, great price! Support this friendly, professional small business. And their dogs are really cute!

They even were able to replace my 33 years old truck windows. Great place to get your car glass fixed.

Absolutely. I'd include Kyle's effort so the review is fair, while making clear that the original…read moreinstallation was unacceptable: 1-Star Review -- Disappointing Installation and Workmanship I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the window installation on my motorhome. The photos speak for themselves. During the installation, the glass was damaged, and the motorhome's paint and fiberglass were damaged around the window. There are visible gouges and areas where the finish has been scraped away. The window trim was also left without proper caulking, leaving the job looking unfinished and raising concerns about potential water intrusion. I do want to be fair to Kyle, the manager. Once I brought the problems to his attention, he was understanding and arranged a warranty repair. I appreciate him taking the issue seriously and trying to make it right. Unfortunately, the solution means I now have to take my motorhome to another shop to have the glass and paint/fiberglass damage properly repaired. That's incredibly frustrating. I brought the coach in to have a window professionally installed--not to have it returned with additional damage that requires another company to repair. The workmanship on the original installation was simply not acceptable for an expensive motorhome. Damaging the glass, paint, and fiberglass and leaving the trim improperly finished is not professional work. Kyle deserves credit for trying to address the situation, but the fact that the coach now requires work from another shop says a lot about the quality of the original installation. If you're having a window installed in your motorhome, inspect the work very carefully before leaving the shop.

After losing our mom the day before Thanksgiving, our family was completely devastated. In the…read moremiddle of grieving, we had to begin the difficult process of preparing her home to be sold. It felt overwhelming, especially with two broken windows -- one from the windstorm a few months back -- that needed immediate attention. I called Randy Whitting hoping we could at least get the windows boarded up and receive a quote for replacements. Randy and Derek Thomas came out promptly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Derek completed the measurements and provided a clear, fair quote, which gave us one less thing to worry about during an already painful time. On 2/13/26, Donovan Komakhuk and Joe Evans arrived -- even ahead of schedule -- to replace both windows. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful. The install went smoothly, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. They made sure we did a full walkthrough and felt comfortable with everything before they left. What could have been another stressful task during a heartbreaking season turned into one of the most pleasant and seamless experiences we've had. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care truly meant more than they probably realize. We will absolutely be returning customers and highly recommend this entire team to anyone needing window replacement. Thank you all for making a hard time just a little bit easier.
