I worked with Alex previously when he was at the Audi dealership and he knew I was on the market for an X3M so when he got the trade in, he texted me pictures and specs and got me in for a test drive really quickly. Alex is personable, professional, loves cars and is just overall a nice guy to do business with. We went back and forth on the price of the vehicle as well as the price of my trade in for a few days; negotiating can be stressful but Alex knew how badly I wanted that car so after going around and around a few times, we finally came to an OTD vehicle price on both the X3M as well as my trade in. Got it all signed and approved by one of the sales managers and was able to put a deposit down to hold the car for me while BMW inspected, serviced and ordered a replacement part for me. I worked with Logan when it was time to sign everything. He's the finance guy. Logan's the kind of person I'd be friends with outside of the office. Logan and Alex got me the best possible rate even after I went out and got pre-approved at other financial institutions. I was shocked at the rate they got me compared to what I was able to obtain on my own. Financing through BMW was an easy decision to make and Logan made the signing process fast and enjoyable. I don't feel like he or anyone in the sales process hid anything from me, ripped me off, made me uncomfortable in any way. He and Alex really did have my best interests at heart when getting my financing in order as well as when it came to deciding on whether to buy an extended warranty or any other add ons for the vehicle. I had to wait a few days to pick up the car because a replacement part was being shipped from Germany (gotta love Euros haha). On the day I went to pick the car up, Alex had it detailed inside and out, filled it up with a full tank, and moved it inside the showroom floor to keep it nice and clean for me until I got off work. I've bought a few cars in my life, including several Euros, and no dealership has ever presented the vehicle for pickup as well as they did here. I also want to mention that Alex went above and beyond for me with trying to get the previous owner to transfer over their DroneMobile (remote start) subscription to me. It was a pain in the a** trying to get that done and Alex really didn't need to follow up with the previous owner as many times as he did; he even went out of his way to call Safe and Sound in Anchorage, explain the situation to them, and get me in for an appointment to have the DroneMobile module replaced since the previous owner wouldn't transfer it. He didn't need to do any of that. But he did it gladly and without me even asking him to. All in all, I can really say it was a good car buying experience. The dealership itself is nice, employees are friendly (I had to bring my whole family in at one point and everyone was very helpful and accommodating, especially Alex), and I don't have any buyers regret. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of in any way, I feel like I got a fair deal on both the X3M and the trade in, and financing was a breeze. If you decide to shop here, make sure you ask for Alex. He loves what he does, he has great taste in cars and he actually cares about his customers. This is how you get returning customers. I am now waiting to get new All Seasons that he helped me buy through the dealership as well. I'll gladly be back for all my maintenance services in the future, too.

He called at the end of the day, and guess what? They hadn't even bothered to look at the car, even though it was dropped off at 8 AM! Talk about unprofessional. On the second day, we finally figured out what was wrong with the car. We paid for both the inspection and the part, and they ordered it, promising to call us once it arrived. A month later? Crickets. No one called us. We had to follow up ourselves, only to find out the part was just sitting there, and not a single person could be bothered to inform us. So we scheduled the repair. My husband went in first thing in the morning, and what do you know? The part was busted! They needed to re-order it, assuring us they would expedite the shipping and call us when it arrived. Did they do that? Of course not! We waited another month before we finally decided to take the initiative and call to schedule an appointment ourselves. Today was the day of the appointment. My husband was told to come in early so they could take care of it right away. Guess what happened? The part was backordered! No one had the decency to let us know. They scheduled it, claiming the part had arrived! This is now the third month we've been trying to get this fixed, and I'm beyond frustrated every time my husband comes home with the same disappointing news: the problem is still unresolved. A few months ago we came upon THE truck here at frontier. We live about 4 hours away so asked a friend to drive it. You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. I love the bank they sent us to(I never even hear of it) so Tom and Steve's knowledge there was invaluable. My husband has his dream truck. Thank you guys, our 2 year search is finally over!!!!!!!!!

Bought a brand-new 2025 Kodiak Cub 170BH here. On my first camping trip: heater and refrigerator…read morenot working and window leak. Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

They were patient with me while I went through the loan process and held the vehicle for me while I was finishing up paperwork all over town even though it had a lot off interest. Of course they offered me assistance with this too! As far as trade-in values you won't find a complaint from me! The big dealerships are a joke as far as trade-in values so I like to go to "the little guys." I got exactly what I wanted for trade-in. Another great thing is they do not harass you the moment you drive onto their lot to look, which I love. It's stressful and it can make me feel like prey around sharks when that happens, so bravo to Quality for that! If you have an inquiry you just head inside and anyone is willing to help you. Test drives are easy to do as well with just a copy of your license. They will let you take it out solo (with some exceptions they have to ride along) which I find also great because it's more relaxing to me to get a feel for the vehicle and not worry about awkward small talk with a stranger. I left a strong, five-star review soon after we purchased our 2017 Lexus RX350. The car was great…read morefor the first six years we owned it and I had no issues with Kendall's servicing of our car. However, starting in the fall of 2022 all of that changed. I doubt if I would buy another car from Kendall or another Lexus. The most significant reason we bought our Lexus initially was for all the advanced safety features. Other important reasons were the Enform app which included remote start and monitoring of the car, and that we were able to reserve a loaner car when we brought the car in for repair or service. In the fall of 2022 Lexus dropped support of the Enform app stating that this was because it was based on 3G which was no longer supported. I was able to quickly find an after market solution that was better than Enform, with a cheaper annual fee, for about $600. It would have been good of Lexus, who probably could have gotten this, or a similar solution in bulk far cheaper. I would have been glad to pay half of that cost, if Lexus would have been more accommodating and concerned about their customers. At the same time Kendall indicated they had cut back the number of loaner cars and that we could no longer make a reservation--first come first serve, which effectively makes this service useless. Soon thereafter I needed routine brake job. I was quoted $2,500, which shocked me. I got excellent, guaranteed brake job at a dealer I have a long standing relationship with for $700 less. Also, my auto dim switch was acting up. The service manager indicated they could not figure out how to fix it and would research this and get back to me. The service rep promised she would call me the next Monday. That was two years ago. I have never heard from either of them. I wrote a thoughtful, polite letter to the General Manager expressing my frustrations and asking him to consider talking to me about this. I never heard back. I wrote a second letter, a month later. This time the Service Manager called because "he was told to". He obviously didn't want to talk to me, he had nothing to add, he was not interested in listening to me and discussing the matter. It would have been better off if he had never called me. I then wrote a letter to the head of Lexus of America. I explained my problems and provided him copies of what I had sent to Kendall. Again I have heard nothing. I have subsequentially sold the car. I doubt I will ever buy a product from Kendall or Lexus again, which is too bad. We liked the car.
