Jeff did a wonderful job on my 20-year old car. It's like new again. Reasonable price, quick turnaround. Highly recommended!

After losing our mom the day before Thanksgiving, our family was completely devastated. In the…read moremiddle of grieving, we had to begin the difficult process of preparing her home to be sold. It felt overwhelming, especially with two broken windows -- one from the windstorm a few months back -- that needed immediate attention. I called Randy Whitting hoping we could at least get the windows boarded up and receive a quote for replacements. Randy and Derek Thomas came out promptly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Derek completed the measurements and provided a clear, fair quote, which gave us one less thing to worry about during an already painful time. On 2/13/26, Donovan Komakhuk and Joe Evans arrived -- even ahead of schedule -- to replace both windows. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful. The install went smoothly, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. They made sure we did a full walkthrough and felt comfortable with everything before they left. What could have been another stressful task during a heartbreaking season turned into one of the most pleasant and seamless experiences we've had. Their teamwork, professionalism, and genuine care truly meant more than they probably realize. We will absolutely be returning customers and highly recommend this entire team to anyone needing window replacement. Thank you all for making a hard time just a little bit easier.

Nice of them to tell me beforehand. It's a rental so I just blew $91 for nothing - car company will still ding me. Would not recommend. People were nice, though. I've used them years ago and got better results.

This location is at the Aurora Village Center next to Carrs on W. Northern Lights Blvd. opposite the Panda Express. The windshield crack was gradually growing as the weather got colder. I decided not to take chance and set up an appointment to replace it using my car insurance. I had around $1100.00 for my deductible which brought the replacement cost down to $486.00. I'm not a fan of vehicle repair costs, but this was something that needed to be done especially with the brutal winter weather we have been experiencing. The employee at the front desk was very friendly and professional. He quoted me a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. I opted to stay in their waiting area by the front and honestly it didn't feel long. It appeared all of the employees brought their families in today for a company potluck. The mood from everyone was happy and festive with a lot of the children's employees running around and having a fun time. I enjoyed my surroundings and the front desk employee was generous enough to offer some fresh-baked cookies laid out on a tray after the potluck was done. I was appreciative and grateful for the family-friendly atmosphere. It felt very comfortable and relaxing while waiting. The technicians working on my windshield did a great job and I was able to watch them do their work from a large window looking into the repair shop. The completed work took less than an hour and they drove it up to the entrance next to where I was sitting and said I was good to go. The employee at the front desk advised me not to wash the car for a couple of days for the windshield to settle in securely. So thankful to have a great experience to start off the new year.

I have always found them to be forthright and honest in their dealings, and they will explain exactly why things are the way they are. Years ago, they explained to me that the shops that offer "waived deductibles" are actually charging the insurance companies more in order to pay that; basically fraud. I am happy to pay my deductible as agreed to and have an honest shop do great work on my vehicle. Best value.

I was steered to this shop through my insurance company to replace my windshield. Someone from the…read moreshop called back to get final approval and arrange an appointment. They explained that I'd only be on the hook to pay for the deductible. Out of curiosity, I asked what the total cost quoted to the insurance company was. It was over $1,400! I had recently gotten an out-of-pocket quote from Safelite for the same work for under $900. I told the Novus rep that was a huge disparity, and asked if they did any kind of price matching or could explain why there was such a huge difference. They politely said no. I told them I'd think about it and get back to them. About two hours later, I got another call from someone else at Novus who was quite pushy, pressured me to approve the work, and essentially told me the other shop was lying to me in its quote. That the other glass shop was the auto insurance equivalent of "out-of-network" and that by going through my car insurance instead of out-of-pocket, the price to the insurance company would be a lot higher. I was pretty uncomfortable with how that conversation went, didn't commit to using Novus and said again that I'd get back to them. I called my insurance company and explained the price disparity, asked about the pros and cons of switching to an "out-of-network" shop. They said it was OK, reiterated that I'd only be on the hook for the deductible either way. So I canceled my work order for Novus and arranged it with Safelite. It was a different process arranging the work through my insurance, compared to when I went in for a quote on my own a few weeks earlier when I got my original quote. But the total cost Safelite quoted to my insurance company was $1,065.71, still hundreds of dollars less than Novus. Again, I'm just on the hook for the deductible, so no out-of-pocket cost difference to me. But I can't imagine paying an extra 30+% is good for our collective car insurance premiums. I can't speak for Novus's glass work, but I was quite turned off by the pushy rep who called me back and disparaged the other shop.
