Before that, it ran beautifully -- started every time, idled perfectly, and the rear brake worked smoothly. After this service, everything changed for the worse. **Poor Mechanical Work:** My smooth idle turned into rough, sputtering revs between 800-1200 RPM. I was told this would resolve after a 10-minute idle reset -- and it *seemed* to at first, but only because the engine was warm. Once it cooled down, the problem returned. They told me what I wanted to hear rather than fixing the actual issue, and I regret believing them. **Brake Issue:** Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop, my rear brake went from tight and responsive to soft and sloppy. I had to shift my weight on the seat just to push the brake pedal far enough to engage. It didn't completely fail, but the drastic change made me seriously question the quality of their work. **Charged for a Part They Didn't Install:** I was billed $200 for a skid plate I had declined after learning it would require removing the center stand. Only after I caught it, then the charge was it refunded. I'll assume this was poor internal communication, not intentional, but still -- not acceptable. **Delays and Misinformation:** I gave three weeks' notice and called daily leading up to the appointment. They assured me the bike would be serviced promptly, but the day it arrived, they still hadn't ordered the necessary parts. One staff member said the parts were overnighted; another said they were backordered. I never got a straight answer. **Bottom Line:** Whether due to carelessness or poor communication, this shop failed me at nearly every turn. They don't return calls, they don't coordinate internally, and they don't take ownership of problems. To be fair, the staff were generally polite -- but that's not enough when your bike comes back worse than it went in. If you have other options, take them. I wouldn't recommend trusting this shop with your motorcycle.

Even though his bays were packed he squeezed me in to schedule when there was a dry day and they could do the work outside. They replaced two rivets with screws and siliconed around caps for protection. Getting me in prevented a leak and I am on my way better than new. I highly recommend Tim and his staff.

My husband, based on what I had to say about the truck and the way I was treated and the air of honesty I felt while talking with Steve and Thomas, decided to buy the truck... You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Thomas stayed on top of the app and it went through and in short.. I am thrilled. These guys were awsom from start to finish. I love the bank they sent us to(I never even hear of it) so Tom and Steve's knowledge there was invaluable. My husband has his dream truck. Thank you guys, our 2 year search is finally over!!!!!!!!!

Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

Avoid Alaska trailer as they can leave you absolutely stranded due to incompetence and unprofessional work, they are lucky I didn't take them to small claims court, very lucky. The job was completed and I made it to the Yukon Territory about 2 weeks later, traveling no more than 65 mph and a wheel bearing burned up. I was in the middle of nowhere, 2hrs from any community. 8 hrs and $900 later I was towed into Whitehorse YT at a shop. 3 days later and $2500 I was back on the road. I tried to get Alaska Trailer to do the right thing and reimburse for the towing, that didn't happen. They did refund for my cost of the one bearing repair but not the towing. If they were a legit, ethical business in Anchorage they would have refunded the towing and their initial fees for doing the crappy, work to begin with. Their work should not be allowed in Alaska and they do not stand behind their work. Get stranded because of them and oh well, not willing to make it right. You have been warned!

Now I have I to go get it uninstalled for a refund, wasting Even more of my time .. what a horrible experience. Very shady business practices in my opinion. Do I love my bike? Yes, but hell no, it's not acceptable to be overcharged by nearly $5,000 dollars. They did throw in a helmet and jacket (maybe out of guilt?). Still doesn't justify being overcharged. If you don't know how to dicker on price, bring someone with you who does, or they'll gladly take you to the cleaners.
