I had an old 80's atc/200 I'm my back yard that needed tlc. They don't work on that old liability three wheel stuff but can give you the phone numbers of hobby wrenches that will. Very friendly Knowledgeable. And my favorite. Return phone calls and let you know when your stuff shows up. Let's face it. Anyone can sell you a machine. Avoid This Shop - Poor Communication and Poor Workmanship…read more I brought my Triumph Scrambler 900 in for its 12,000-mile service. Before that, it ran beautifully -- started every time, idled perfectly, and the rear brake worked smoothly. After this service, everything changed for the worse. **Poor Mechanical Work:** My smooth idle turned into rough, sputtering revs between 800-1200 RPM. I was told this would resolve after a 10-minute idle reset -- and it *seemed* to at first, but only because the engine was warm. Once it cooled down, the problem returned. They told me what I wanted to hear rather than fixing the actual issue, and I regret believing them. **Brake Issue:** Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop, my rear brake went from tight and responsive to soft and sloppy. I had to shift my weight on the seat just to push the brake pedal far enough to engage. It didn't completely fail, but the drastic change made me seriously question the quality of their work. **Charged for a Part They Didn't Install:** I was billed $200 for a skid plate I had declined after learning it would require removing the center stand. Only after I caught it, then the charge was it refunded. I'll assume this was poor internal communication, not intentional, but still -- not acceptable. **Delays and Misinformation:** I gave three weeks' notice and called daily leading up to the appointment. They assured me the bike would be serviced promptly, but the day it arrived, they still hadn't ordered the necessary parts. One staff member said the parts were overnighted; another said they were backordered. I never got a straight answer. **Bottom Line:** Whether due to carelessness or poor communication, this shop failed me at nearly every turn. They don't return calls, they don't coordinate internally, and they don't take ownership of problems. To be fair, the staff were generally polite -- but that's not enough when your bike comes back worse than it went in. If you have other options, take them. I wouldn't recommend trusting this shop with your motorcycle.

I noticed it sort of sank left all the time. Thought it was me? It took a few rides to figure out it wasn't me. When I got off the machine and lifted the front. It sank on the left side. The spring / shock was softer on the left. Took it back to c.c. Skidoo. Said I must've damaged it. Are you f-King kidding me? Spent over 12,000 on a machine. Paid extra for hot grips for two. A two up seat. Extra skins and clothes and cheasy ramp. ( rev-arc) Tundra tracks fall off it, too narrow. But I was sold it anyway. Geez. ( I averaged 7 mph my first two hours out) No help. It took me three years to get rid of the problem. ( don't ride a lot) I purchased aftermarket stiffer springs from an outfit in Canada and new shocks. Labor And cost quite high. Do you think i paid these a-holes to work on it. Not a chance. I've had ak mining and diving do all my work. I've never had an issue with them. ANYONE CAN SELL YOU A MACHINE ! Ask around who provides the best service. I vote it isn't here.

The manuf. of the boat asked the mechanic to call him before installing the motor. I told them several times and a friend of mine even took a note on paper with the guys # and name. Mechanic chose not to call and mounted the motor. He installed it in the wrong place. The day I go to pick my boat the mechanic said I just called the Manuf. you need an adapter plate to mount the motor correctly. Here you go. These guys do not work on boats. Just sleds and ATVs no boats. Don't waste your time with these guys. They never offered to mount the motor correctly. There was a big problem and they were not interested in making it right. Stay away from them.

Very shady business practices in my opinion. Do I love my bike? Yes, but hell no, it's not acceptable to be overcharged by nearly $5,000 dollars. If you don't know how to dicker on price, bring someone with you who does, or they'll gladly take you to the cleaners.
