I personally wasnt stoked about buying another truck but whatever..I knew it was the truck for my honey . Steve was awsome to talk to. You should know the truck was a older model that banks dont typically finance. Thomas handled the loan app and got it sent to the right bank for us. OMG the communication! Bought a brand-new 2025 Kodiak Cub 170BH here. On my first camping trip: heater and refrigerator…read morenot working and window leak. Brought it in for service -- was told the window leak couldn't be found. However, found a heavy silicone patch applied on that window alone. Liars! The trailer came back with new damage on the interior panels -- screws and staple marks that weren't there before. No acknowledgment, no accountability. Months of emails followed. The owner, Vik, eventually responded in writing that everything is the manufacturer's responsibility and directed me to Keystone. Keystone then confirmed they have zero warranty claim history for my unit -- meaning the repairs performed here were apparently never filed with the manufacturer at all. I gave this dealership every opportunity to make this right. What I got was delay, deflection, and silence. If you're buying here, just know: the experience ends the moment you drive off the lot.

I doubt a company is selling a product that come different every single time .. or the Other excuse was " sometimes they come folded in the box differently making it harder to install " i was told one hour, it took nearly 8 hours. After calling and hearing your truck will be ready in 35 mins, I showered up 2 hours later only to wait in the lobby another 50 minutes. Now I have I to go get it uninstalled for a refund, wasting Even more of my time .. what a horrible experience. Pretty sure I see marks on my truck as well, near the install area that weren't there before . I will be video documenting every inch of my truck before putting it in their hands again for another " hour"

Very shady business practices in my opinion. Do I love my bike? Yes, but hell no, it's not acceptable to be overcharged by nearly $5,000 dollars. They did throw in a helmet and jacket (maybe out of guilt?). Still doesn't justify being overcharged. If you don't know how to dicker on price, bring someone with you who does, or they'll gladly take you to the cleaners.

Had to wait till the next day for the parts but Work was done in a timely manner. Part didn't look broken so just maybe it could have been resolved without replacing all the breaks.
