Anchored C&B, in the Post Falls area, was recommended for 100% atmosphere. We was a combo of 2 adults and 2 teens. We wanted to visit and the teens just wanted some cozy spaces to read and knit. Not the case. No cozy and no quiet. The baked goods and coffees were great though. Lots of options and our baristas were lovely and so kind while we decided on our treats. For a gorgeous No. ID summer day, we would have loved to sit on the outdoor front patio or just outside, no patio though. Nevertheless, we had a good visit and remarked at how busy it was. This location did a fair amount of service before they had a slow couple of minutes to tidy up. We also noticed that the bathroom had no hooks? That's a curious puzzle, when you especially have a strong theme going for you! It's a tiny customer service pleasantry, for your mobile phone/purse or jacket. read more

I frequent the Anchored in Post Falls all the time because it's close to my house, which I love. This one has a bakery in it, and all of their pastries are excellent! Today we got a zipfizz and a latte, my partner got a sausage bagel sandwich on the Italian bagel, and I just got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are gigantic, the best bang for your buck of any coffee shop in town. Usually when I get a bagel sandwich from them, I have to eat it in two sittings. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cute, simple, and open! Lots of people go there for business meetings and studying, I always see folks in there working away on their laptops. Definitely recommend this cute little spot. read more

Went to this coffee shop with my wife and a friend this morning. We ordered two protein shakes and the both tasted very bland. Service was great along with ambiance, but I doubt we will order another protein shake next time. I would've given a 5 star review if the taste of those protein shakes were more flavorful to our liking. Maybe there was some ingredient missing. I don't know, but did not taste very well. read more

A great new neighborhood bakery on Spokane Street. My sister stopped by my house last week and I had a chance to taste the maple scone and the lemon blueberry scone. Both were delicious and flavorful. Today I had a chance to stop by to try the croissant. Unfortunately, at 8am there were none to be had, but they told me they would be in an hour. Disappointed that I did not have an hour to wait, I tried the orange roll (warmed up) and a RISHI English Breakfast tea with milk. The roll was a tad too hot (sugar burns!) but moist, perfectly baked and with a delicious orange glaze that had me surreptitiously scraping up the bottom of dish to get all of that deliciousness. read more

Environment is very noisy sometimes hard to carry on a conversation, lacks "warmth", limited often full seating in a high school cafeteria type setting, squatters often use a table that seats four for one person to spread out their laptop and etc. no drive thru. Can be cold at times as the bakery puts out a lot of heat. Parking is good, location is easy to find. Baristas are great. Service is good. read more

We went on a Sunday, they were very busy. Their cafe is super cute, love the setup. I ordered the daily coffee special, it was good I wouldn't call it spectacular. They had a fantastic assortment of pastries and breakfast options. I ordered a blueberry scone and that was delicious. I could sense they were busy and trying to move the line along so I didn't ask much about the menu or recommendations.
