The staff were all genuinely happy to work despite the rainy day. I personally thought that I wouldn't make the tour as I am not phyisically fit. But the 1st 3 miles were a breeze because most of the time it is going downhill. Then we had brunch- there was an assortment of croissants, muffins, breakfast pastries, coffee, tea and juices. They also provided 2 tickets each/ person for alcohol. No one in our tour drank alcohol as it was too early. The second 3 miles of going back was a tiny bit hard because you are going uphill, but because you are enjoying yourselves too much- you wont even feel the pain. The staff kept on asking if we want our pictures taken. That was constant. You don't have to ask them. They will ask you. This is truly a good experience. I am so glad we did it.

The first time I've seen it was on the show, The Real Housewives of RI. The weather was chilly and drizzly, but it turned out nice for us at our 5 pm departure. It's kid-friendly, we got to stop at a picnic spot with a fire and beautiful views of the water and the Newport bridge. It was easy but exhilarating; definitely a unique experience and I highly recommend. We booked a week in advance. The check in process was seamless. The ride took about an hour and a half with the stop at the picnic spot (there were bathrooms too). There is a parking lot as well. Yes, we would definitely do it again!

Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. The receptionist who I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful. I got a detailed email confirmation with all the flight times listed and exactly when the driver would be at my home/airport. On the travel days, I got a text from the driver introducing himself and letting me know the Time he would arrive. Drivers were both exactly on time. We were picked up in a big brand new spacious van with plenty of room for 11people and all our luggage. The driver packed all of the luggage in the van for us. They had a cooler of ice cold waters and sodas for both drop off and pickup. We had two different drivers one to the airport and another from the airport. Both were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, very accommodating, on time, and they were excellent drivers. They both asked if we were comfortable, if the ac was at a good level, what type of music we wanted. They just made us feel so comfortable. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am so happy I found this company because I have used many others in the past and none of them compare to the excellence of Austin.
